The Kanohi Xakar was the Mask of Hallucination. It allowed its user to afflict a target with visual, auditory, and tactile hallucinations. With practice, a user could control exactly what their target would hallucinate, although they could only cause hallucinations of things that were strictly not real. Because of this, the mask could not be used to communicate true information or induce recollections of past events.

In Against the Storm/Volume V, Tetradon used his Great Xakar to afflict Pretadix with severe hallucinations in an attempt to distract him.
