Vokayu was a Vo-Matoran residing on Spherus Magna.
History[]
Early Life[]
Like most Matoran, Vokayu lived within the Matoran Universe for most of her life. With it and as such her former residence ultiumately being destroyed, she migrated to Spherus Magna where she joined other Matoran in building new homes. She eventually settled in a newly constructed village near the destroyed Great Spirit Robot.
An undefined time later, she was directly named to be the successor of the previous Toa of Lightning. As such, when the local Turaga later set up trials to determine the next generation of Toa, she didn't attend. Not only did she miss out on the bonding the other Matoran had during these, but her status as a chosen one made others feel like she didn't earn becoming selected as a future Toa. Most Matoran kept their distance from her, others were outright hostile. She joined the group of the six Matoran who triumphed in the trials. Out of these she only got aquaintaned with Atai.

Vokayu used to be a somewhat reserved, but good-natured Matoran. With the general disdain of the other Matoran following her selection as the next Toa, she became increasingly distant, with others describing her as emotionless.
Mask and Tools[]
As a Matoran, Vokayu carried a powerless Kanohi Ruru. It is currently unknown what kind of tool he carried at that time.
Abilities and Traits[]
Vokayu had a natural affinity towards the elemental lightning as a Matoran and a miniscule degree of control over it.
