Toa Vastara is a female Toa of the Green living on Voya Nui in the Fragmented Universe. She is the deputy leader of the Toa Akura.
History[]
Early life[]
Due to a malfunction in the Matoran machine, Vastara began her life as a female Bo-Matoran on Spherus Magna, where she aided in the construction of the Matoran Universe. After which, she was placed on the Northern Continent.
She lived peacefully in a village along with several other Matoran for thousands of years until the Turaga of her village went insane and sent all the Matoran off to Karzahni for "repairs" because they thought they were not working as fast as they should.
Once on Karzahni, her form was decreased to a much weaker one. To hide his poor workmanship, Karzahni gave her a charged sword. After he was done, he shipped her and a bunch of other Matoran off to the Southern Continent. There they spread out, going their own paths. Some went to the north, others to the south, and some stayed in a village near their landing site.
Vastara was in one of the grounds that went north and found a village near a large forest, and she settled there because it was close to home for her. There she met Drax and Lexa, who quickly became her friends.

Abilities and Traits[]
As a Toa of the Green, Vastara can create, control and absorb plant life. While she could control her element with her bare hands, her Elemental Tools could channel her powers better and granted her more control.
Although meaning well, Vastara had a short temper and got annoyed when someone would not listen to her, usually snapping at them to get in line.
Mask and Tools[]
Vastara wears the Kanohi Miru, Great Mask of Levitation, which enables her to fly short distances and levitate above the ground. Even though it is a Great Kanohi, it is forged in the shape of a Noble Miru.
As a Matoran on Karzahni, she was given a charged sword, which could fire destructive blasts of electricity at an opponent. Upon her transformation into a Toa, it was transformed into a large sword which could channel her Elemental abilities. She also gained two wrist blades.
