Valkazem was an Av-Matoran and a member of the Farside Council in the Remains Alternate Universe.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
As with most Av-Matoran inhabitants of Balfe Nui, Valkazem moved from Karda Nui to the southern island through still unknown means.
Valkazem's residence for the years to come should be a small hillside village just a few bio to the north of the Farside Village.
Nuva's rise to power[]
Just days before the Farside Village was attacked by Forgotten Warriors, the Sundercliff Village, Valakzem's home, was raided by a group of the same warriors as they were searching for the Kanohi Tilira. As the village was almost lost and every Matoran under the threat of being killed by the assailants, the local Toa of Plasma protector ordered every villager to leave the area so he could hold back the Forgotten Warriors. As Valkazem and the others left, the Toa sacrificed himself in a Nova Blast of Plasma, which destroyed the Forgotten Warriors and the village's structures. The formerly green hillside was left behind scorched and blackened.
With the arrival of a team of six Toa-like beings lead by Kyhae just a day later many of the Matoran found enough courage to try and rebuild their home. Valkazem and a few others decided to leave, however, feeling that the place wasn't safe anymore.
Their suspicions proved to be true, as a few weeks later the village was attacked once more where three of the new Toa fell; days later the village was raided for a final time and the entire population killed, with the only survivors being Kyhae and the messenger Glonor.
Valkazem and his group headed to the south-eastern coastline of Balfe Nui, where they established a camp to try and survive the current crisis.
When Nuva was finally defeated by Aescela, Valkazem noticed the bright light eminating from the location of the city of Rhagard and decided to find out what happened there. He was soon among the group of survivors from the battle and, along with his fellow Matoran, joined them.
He later helped to rebuild the Farside Village and was, due to his skill in leadership during the crisis, voted to be Councilor on the reformed Farside Council.
Abilities and Traits[]
Like other Av-Matoran, Valkazem posessed a minuscule degree of control over elemental Light.
Mask and Tools[]
Valkazem originally carried a small dual-bladed staff and later adopted the Councilor's Staff of Light. Additionally he wore a yellow powerless Kanohi Kaukau.
