Tohunga Shelter is a "bomb shelter" where the Tohunga go if they are in grave danger and have no option to fight. It's hidden well into the Tohunga Forest. Tohunga used it during Piraka Attack but Aino and Pewka took them from there.
Since The Rising, the Tohunga have began moving to the shelter again.
