The Nori Order is a organization run by the surviving Toa Nori. Their goal is to restore their Toa forms.
History[]
When Nori Nui was first formed, it was granted the Toa Nori. They defended the island for centuries, until they finally retired with seemingly defeating all evil. They formed the Nori Order, an organization originally for protecting the citizens of Nori Nui. Turaga Ouslam, Turaga of Ice discovered in the prophecies that a new Toa Nori was to be formed. Toa Reghan furious, commanded all builders to create a prison to lock up each Matoran until the Toa are formed, kill them off, steal they're powers, and release the Matoran with their power restored. All of the other Turaga except Turaga Uslav disagreed, and were then killed. Eventually the prison (The Cell) was finished, and thus began the endless arrests.
