The agency is a galactic organization that oversees the universe Powers D-1. It resembles other organizations like the Dark Hunters and Order of Mata Nui in the prime reality.

History[]
Formation[]
The Agency was first founded by the Kresin on their expansion across space and colonizing planets. It would be to protect their district of space from an unidentified force. When the Kresin retreated back into the unknown region the colonized planets would keep the organization as a military for the shared enemy of their previous colonizers. When an asteroid hit the organization capital planet of Genoa Magna, the capital would be moved to the much younger planet of Typherus Magna.
Middle Years[]
The agency would become involved in the three continental wars and Destral-Tyhperuse War. During the which the leader Kalimar would come in control of the organization. He would expand the agency influence to the inner and central ring of the Galaxy. He would also send expeditions to the unknown region to map it. These expeditions would become unfruitful as all the crafts would never return.

Organized System[]
The agency's first members were considered to be agents, but due to its expansion to other world's better organization had to be put into place to have better structure As such the present day agency has 5 branches for it's members. They are the administration and judicial branch, agents branch, Army branch, helpers branch, and processing and intelligence branch.
Administration and Judicial Branch (AJB)[]
The first branch is the least known to the outside world. It is the administration and judicial branch. They deal with the regulations and prosecution of all the other members. It is comprised of three sections. The rules committee, the internal judicial court, and external judicial court.
Rules committee[]
The committee is in charge of the formation of laws and rules for the organization. The rules being called the Agency Members Template. The committee are comprised of the most senior members and the leader of the organization. They also have a small team of members of the highest power rating to capture any members that are rule breakers.
Internal judicial court[]
The internal court is in charge of the prosecution of members and former members that have broken any rules of the organization. They are also responsible for the creation of the punishments for said rule breaks. It is comprised of 15 to 30 members that handle prosecution, and several hundred other members for the processing and filing of paperwork.
External judicial court[]
The external court is for the prosecution of anyone outside of the organization that has done something that is warented for them to be prosecuted. It is comprised of a panel of judges no more than 11 at a time. They also have their own personal officers and paperwork keepers for the capture and processing of criminals.
Processing and Intelligence Storage Branch (PISB)[]
The processing and intelligence branch is in charge of all intelligence of the organization and outside world. Their duties consistent of the gathering of Intel from all other branches and the outside world and the storage of it. They are made up of the smartest members of the agency and strongest. They are the most secured branch due to their highly sought after work. They are the only branch that can kill without orders from the IJB or other branch. They also have surveillance teams for gathering information. Comprises of the intelligence sector that stores information in ___ different sites.
Intelligence Sector[]
The protection sector has the largest arsenal of weapons and protective equipment at their disposal. Any member outranks everyone in the other branches when it is related to the protection of information. The information gatherers have access to any and all forms of information. The head information gatherers have access to all sites. While lower information gatherers are assigned to one site for their duration of membership in the agency. No two different site workers can communicate without a proper official present. Every worker has an accompanying person for their protection and higher officials have teams for their protection.
Unit Agents[]
The agents are the largest branch of the agency. Making up of over one million members they do most of the heavy work for the agency. It is separated into two sections, those being the negotiators and agents.
Negotiators[]
The negotiators are for keeping the peace by buricratical means. They work with forms of governments in the political and logistical environments. Their work consisting of peace keeping, shipping and transport of cargo, external affairs, and various tasks to insure stable markets internationally and galacticly.
Agents[]
agents are the most common and comprise most of the Agent branch. They insure peace through internal sabotage and manipulation in foreign governments. They also gather information for storage by the PISB. Agents also are usually deployed first into an unknown universe or world to scout it out for further agents. They also have squads that operate as the first responders to threats to the safety of the multiverse.
Army[]
The agency's army is the most advanced of any developed universes. Due to the capture of technology from the Slathergonians, they developed an army of drones and robots that can combat any enemy force. Even if their force is rarely used, the maintenance of the army is important for any potential threats or wars.
Helpers[]
The helpers are the most vital to the agency. Comprised of retired and highly skilled members of the agency, they train future members. They are also in charge of the storage and transportation of criminals and hostiles. They also hold the most important role. In the event of the agency failing or being destroyed, they hold a special strike team of members that will handle the destruction, reformation, and redevelopment. It consists of the most powerful beings in the universal multiverse. A rumor even being that the strike team has a Orderder among the ranks.
