Biography[]
Tetch was created by Makuta Kerall and placed in a village in the Southern islands. She was placed on the isle Makuta Karall watched over and started her life there.
The Good Life[]
Makuta Kerall made his insular island a paradise, and Tetch eventually fell in love with another Rahkshi Creature and had a Son. She had a great life and a great family. Kerall's Toa Hagah Team even watched over the Keerahki and Matoran of the island, where the two species coexisted peacefully. He befriended Kerall's Toa Hagha Team leader Harnika.
Brotherhood Rebellion[]
When Makuta Teridax took over the Brotherhood of Makuta, Karall was disgusted and refused to side with the mad man even when they threatened his peaceful island. Still, Karall did not take action until the great brotherhood invasion, where Karall retreated to his island and warned everyone of impending danger and Teridax's Rebellion. But as soon as they were warned, the forces of the Brotherhood arrived and attacked without mercy. During this fight, Tetch saw her husband and her son get murdered by the Visorak Swarm but was able to kill the surviving monsters; unfortunately, she was the only one in her village to survive. Harnika arrived in the village to see only one left in the village was Tetch and she comforted her friend after seeing Tetch's deceased family. She saw all the damage Tetch could do and helped train her grieving friend. Kerall also survived the battle but left the island apologizing the two survivors for not realizing danger sooner, but Harnika and Tetch knew it was not Kerall fault. Tetch took a vow of silence for her family and after being trained by Harnika left on her own journey alone.
Alone and on the Hunt[]
Since the invasion, Tetch hunted the Brotherhood's forces of distant islands even after the Great Cataclysm. She used her Earth manipulation abilities to drag her enemies underground and her increased strength to rip them apart. After years of killing normal Rahkshi, Visorak, Fohrok, and Exo-toa, she ran into a group of three Keerahki and Makuta Karall. The other three were the last survivors of their villages, too. After the great cataclysm, Matoran thought they were associated with regular Rahkshi and sought revenge for their lost friends and towns. Makuta Karall remembered Tetch and was relieved to see her alive. Tetch always respected Makuta Kerall was told by him to travel to Aura-Nui because destiny needed them to protect the island. Tetch did as her mentor wished and eventually joined the other three Keerahki, Nova, Frie, and Agrav, to Aura-Nui.
Arrival to Aura-Nui[]
When they arrived at Aura-Nui, a Rahi named Grez greeted them and allowed them to join The Protectors due to it being their destiny. The other three were hesitant to help the matoran after what they did to their families, but Tetch had no such thoughts due to her living in an isolated situation. Here these matoran were very kind to them and did not fear them. The others slowly got used to their new condition after meeting Chearman, Sugi, Jeb, and Lili, and the others realized they were welcome on Aura Nui.
- A Toa Named Tath came to the island with a group of matoran and joined the protectors as it's only toa.
- Although, years later, when Toa Orde arrived, Tath left the island to help awaken Mata-Nui.
- Around this time, Tahu joined the Protectors as Turaga Gruru, and Turaga Pohatu arrived in Aura-Nui.
Rise of the Toa Hordika[]
Tath returned with Macku and Hewkii, but they were infected with Hordika Venom. The Protectors tried to help the Toa, but the Venom messed with their minds and went insane. Grez was forced to fight his former friend and was severely injured before he could heal the mutated toa. Grez would have died if Tahu had not intervened. The Protectors fell back to the village and reported the incident. A ga-matoran known as Ligi along with Sugi helped heal the injured Rahi and Tahu, while Chearman and the matoran prepared for the Hordika to strike again.
Abilities and Traits[]
Tetch had the ability to manipulate the Earth, like opening holes into the ground and creating Earth pillars for cover. She also had increased strength and claws that could cut through the Earth itself and make tunnels with them.
Tetch, before losing her family, was caring, kind, talkative, and happy. After losing her family, she took a vow of silence and became cold and ruthless towards her enemies. She never talked, only showing her feelings of grief, rage, and boredom on her face to communicate. After her loss, Tetch learned how to use her powers to their full extent and used them extensively.
Tetch is still remained caring and views the Protectors as her new family. She is very protective of Frie due to losing both of his parents to Toa, like how she lost her family to the Visorak.
