Tema is a Ga-Matoran sailor who fought with the Toa Malia during Abaddon's attempted takeover.

Biography

Life Before the War

1000 years before the Great Cataclysm War, Tema was created by Mata Nui as a Ga-Matoran. She did maintenance on the Great Spirit Robot. As a Ga-Matoran she used her limited elemental powers to maintain water purity within the Great Spirit Robot.

Tema fought with the Toa Malia when Abaddon attacked with his four armies. She fought with Ardia against an army of Rahkshi.

She was a popular Kolhii player, playing a lot of games with Siri. She was present at the Kolhii match that was interrupted by the Brotherhood of Makuta when they betrayed Mata Nui.

Tema supported the Toa Neirae when they fought against the Brotherhood of Makuta, angered when they were defeated. She was enslaved by the Brotherhood of Makuta, continuing her work to maintain the water purity within the Great Spirit Robot.

Great Cataclysm War

During the Great Cataclysm War, Tema fought with the Order of Mata Nui. She was relieved that they defeated the Brotherhood of Makuta, moving to Lautan after the war.

Life at sea

After settling into Lautan, Tema came to enjoy sailing. She loved spending time on the water, pleased when the Nynrah Ghosts let her use one of their inventions, a wooden boat with a Protosteel motor.

Tema was excited to travel with Wira, Suram and Helryx to Aratakhas, able to navigate the map Helryx provided her.

Personality and traits

Tema was quiet and reserved, though excitable. She respected all Toa, admiring their dedication to Mata Nui and the Three Virtues. Tema often prays to Mata Nui, even though other Matoran don't see the point in the exercise. She believes that Mata Nui can hear her wishes.

Powers and equipment

As a Ga-Matoran, Tema can breathe underwater. She has limited Water elemental powers that she used to separate toxins from the water within the Great Spirit Robot. Tema carried a claw when she fought the Rahkshi with the Toa Malia, using her Kolhii skills and agility to her advantage.
