Telvio was the founder and former leader of the Toa Souto.

History

At some point during the Toa-Dark Hunter War, the Toa Souto came into conflict against the Dark Hunter codenamed "Void". Though Telvio attempted to ward the mercenary's powers with his own, he ended up being sucked into a black hole within the invader's body. He was presumed KIA after the incident, and he hasn't been successfully revived at the Red Star to this day.
