History[]

Early Life []

Tahu was created as a Toa on Artakha and was sent to Daxia where he awakened an met the rest of the Toa Mata. They were called the Toa mata after the Great Spirit and were told that there were his guardians by Toa Helryx. They were trained by Hydraxon and after training sent to Karda Nui to protect the Av-Matran there.

There Tahu and the Toa Mata fought the Avohkah. After defeating them they went to the Cordex to escape the energy storms. They entered the Toa Canisters due to the Cordex not having a life support system.

Great Cataclysm []

When the great Cataclysm happened the toa's Canisters were sent in the ocean but never arrived on the island of Mata-Nui until about 1000 years later when Krakua get the Toa Stones and summoned Tahu and his team to the island. Krakua then set them to Metru Nui.

Metru Nui []

With no recollection of his past, Tahu joined the Toa Metru and was trained alongside other recruit Toa from veteran members of the team Pouks, Tehutti, Jaller, Takanuva, and Zepharious. He and his team received new armor upon joining.

A few months later Tahu was present when Tollobo arrived and joined the Toa Metru too.

Invasion of Po-Metru[]

While on patrol in Tahu and Gruru were in Po-Metru when the invasion started and were quickly overrun by Rahkshi. Guru was badly injured by a Lerahk during the fight. The pair would have been killed it it had not been for the intervention of a Skakdi named Molten. The skakdi told the two toa that there were needed elsewhere and Metru-nui was in capable hands. After picking up and gravely injured Pohatu the party left for Aura-Nui.

Aura Nui[]

After Pohatu and Gruru became turaga on Daxia the group went to Aura Nui where Tahu joined the protectors. One day Toa Tath, Toa Hewkii, and Toa Macku arrived and were mutated by Hordika venom. Before Grez could heal them the Toa Hordika went mad and attacked Grez. Grez would have been killed if Tahu had not intervened but the pair were critically injured. They were brought back to the village where they were healed by a Ga-Matoran Ligi and the Rahkshi Creature Sugi. Tahu gave a Toa Stone to a Ba-Matoran named Hawohi and became a turaga.

Abilities and Traits[]

As a Toa of Fire Tahu could create, control, and absorb fire and like other toa of fire he had a great resistance to heat. Upon becoming a Turaga Tahu's elemental powers were greatly reduced.

Tahu was courageous, brave, and dedicated to his duty. He can be short tempered and stubborn but has changed as time went on and became a Turaga. Tahu often clashed with Kopaka before he left and had a crush on Gali.
