Toa Shard is a Toa of Fire on the Toa Cortaka team.
History[]
Shard spent most of her life living in Cortaka Nui, and island off the coast of Metru Nui. Shard made a reputation for herself as an excellent and experienced explorer, going on several missions throughout her time on Cortaka Nui. One mission in particular lead her to the hidden fortress of Makuta Kolrahk. She went inside with several other Matoran. While she was exploring the fortress with the rest of her party, they were attacked by Makuta Galvaz and several Kolrahk Robots. This attack resulted in the capture of Gate. While they were escaping the fortress, Galvaz and the Shadow Matoran Gate attacked their ship. Galvaz hit the ship with chain lightning, which destroyed it and energized the protdermis around it. The crew fell into the energized protodermis, and were transformed into the Toa Cortaka. Giza, the newly formed toa of Gravity, used his powers combined with the power of Eido's Kakama to escape the Makuta and Shadow Matoran.

Shard can also use her Kanohi Huna to turn invisible.
