History[]
Over 100,001 years ago, Shadow Stealer was a member of the Hand of Artakha, the predecessor organization of the Order of Mata Nui. He was considered a hero even before the first Toa were created, defending the Matoran building the Great Spirit Robot from various menaces to its construction.
After the Hand of Artakha was disbanded, Shadow Stealer joined the Dark Hunters as a means to find a sense of purpose. His first mission took place somewhere far from Odina; the task should have taken many years to complete, but he was able to finish it in mere days.
Since then, Shadow Stealer began a long journey back to Odina. His progress was hindered by several battles against a variety of opponents, including other Dark Hunters, whom he killed. When he heard rumors that the Dark Hunters had planned to eliminate him for fear of his mastery over Shadow, the now former Dark Hunter decided to go rogue.
Shadow Stealer's current wherabouts are unknown.
Abilities and Traits[]
Shadow Stealer has the power to absorb shadows and transform them into energy. He can also use the element of Shadow like a door, disappearing into one and coming out from another. Using these abilities, he could have swiftly returned to Odina, but after finding out they were planning to kill him, he ran off into the unknown to prevent this fate from happening to him.
