Sandara is a female Po-Matoran who resides on the Northern Continent in the Universe Unalryk Enkari.
History[]
Early Life[]
Sandara was created by the Great Beings on Spherus Magna, where she aided the construction of the Matoran Universe. For an unknown reason, she was created as a female Po-Matoran, though most of her kind are male.
Upon the completion of the Matoran Universe, Sandara was placed in a village in the Northern Continent, where she began a job as a Stone Hewer, modifying rocks to be used for carving. The villagers were protected by two Toa and Governed by a Turaga.
She lived in peace for several years, until a group of Vortixx raided the village, injuring the Turaga and killing one of the Toa. The other Toa vanished, and was presumed dead.
Without the protection of the Toa, Rahi began injuring the Matoran much more frequently than before, and the remaining villagers were forced to abandon their homes and seek shelter elsewhere. Sandara was part of the group who was escorting the feeble Turaga. After several days, the group was attacked by a Muaka. Sandara and several other Matoran managed to drive off the beast, but Sandara's leg was injured in the fight. She was later restored to full health at a nearby village, but has walked with a slight limp since this incident.
Great Cataclysm[]
When the Great Cataclysm occurred, Sandara's new village was damaged. The Matoran living there spent many years repairing it. Several weeks after this event, the Toa from Sandara's old village arrived at the gates. He helped protect the villagers, and aided the reconstruction of the village. He claimed to have been taken hostage by the Vortixx, and to have escaped, but to have been followed for months by a Vortixx assassin.
Reformation of Spherus Magna[]
After Teridax gained control of the Great Spirit Robot, and journeyed to Bara Magna to fight Mata Nui, only to be killed by a shard of Aqua Magna, Sandara decided to remain inside of the Matoran Robot.
Nearly all other Matoran decided to stay as well, but due to the destruction of the Core Processor, they would not be able to survive. However, the Toa in Sandara's village managed to repair the Core Processor, by sacrificing himself, using the Kanohi Ignika and the Spear of Fusion.
Sandara was deeply distressed by this, having developed a close friendship with the Toa. Her actions after these events are currently unknown.
Sandara has several unclear memories of four friends, though she also knows that she had never lived in the same village as any of these Matoran, and that she never had actually seen them.
Abilities and Traits[]
Sandara possessed the Element of Stone, but, as a Matoran, could not access her powers. She wears a Powerless Kanohi Rau, and wields a hammer.
