Rotation is the power to cause either oneself or a target to revolve rapidly on a particular axis.
If used on oneself, it can be used to perform a more powerful attack than otherwise possible or to "drill-attack" an opponent. With wide and/or flat weapons in both hands or an even limited control of wind, one can also use Rotation to achieve a helicopter-like maneuver.
If used on a target, it causes them to spin uncontrollably and eventually pass out, or if the target is an object, detach from or cause damage to another object.
