The Pyramid of Light is the most powerful spell that Malachite could perform, it has the appearance of a giant pyramid made from pure, white light that surrounds the intended target, trapping them inside. Malachite describes it as a 'gravitational torrent with the power to rip apart space-time itself' so it can be assumed that the person trapped inside would be ripped apart atom by atom. Whether it truly has the power to rip apart the space-time continuum is unknown as Malachite only states this when he is transformed, at this point he may be over-exaggerating due to his slow descent into madness. On the other hand, the Sorcerers were capable of defying reality itself so it isn't entirely absurd to assume that it can rip apart the very fabric of space and time.

- The spell gave Malachite the ability to seal away and kill anyone he performed it on, his opponent had to be within his field of vision in order for it to work.
- A weaker version of the spell could be performed by simply uttering "Forbidden Ritual number six hundred and sixty six, Pyramid of Light", this version of the spell was much smaller and easier to escape from.
- Anyone caught inside the pyramid would be ripped apart by the intense gravity pulling the victim in every direction at once.
- Even if the victim was strong enough to somehow withstand the gravity, the pyramid itself is nearly indestructible (the only known person to successfully destroy the pyramid is Toa Teridax in his Negative-Chaos form).
