History

Created by Artakha as a non-sentient gift to the Hand of Artakha, Philes and his brother Taures were assigned to a fortress in the southern islands. The isolation of said islands meant that they never recieved notice of the HoA's disbanding. After the great cataclysm, the fortress they guarded was left in ruin, and they both became amnesiacs, also gaining free will in the process. Forgetting why they were guarding the fortress, they both became intensely territorial and protective of the island. Eventually however, Makuta Chirox's control of the southern islands forced them out, and they sailed to Daxia, where they met the OoMN, and recognized Helryx as their former master. As Helryx was known for inviting former HoA members to the OoMn, both Philes and his brother were accepted into the order, but the mind-shielding training proved ineffective on their unique, already stubborn minds, with it being particularly ineffective with Philes. As such, he is usually given lower information access than other similar-ranking OoMN members.

Abilities & Traits

Philes possesses huge physical strength, as well as strong (if small) wings. He is a toa-like species of which him and his brother are the only members. Unlike toa, he cannot produce Toa stones or nova blasts, and his elemental powers are about on-par with a Turaga-Nui, slightly less than a toa. Said element is lightning & electricty in this case. The OoMN's mind-shielding training was not very effective for him due to his already stubborn mindset.
