History[]
Phantom was once a Fe-Matoran, and a member of the group of Matoran Crafters known as the Nynrah Ghosts. The Matoran of Nynrah felt that there was a need for a hero, seeing as the island had no Toa, and he was chosen as a part of a rebuilding project. After multiple experiments, including exposure to an Energized Protodermis variant, Phantom gained a variety of new powers and abilities. However, the Matoran of the island were frightened and ashamed of what they had created, and exiled him.
Disheartened by the betrayal of his fellow Matoran and finding himself without purpose, he was recruited by the Dark Hunters. He is dispatched on very few missions, due to his pure conscience.
Abilities and Traits[]
As a result of the experiments done to him, Phantom has the powers of increased strength, limited flight, dramatically improved eyesight, and the ability to become invisible.
Phantom does not truly believe in the Dark Hunter ideals, as he still harbors good morals and judgment, making him only partially useful to Ombrista.
Even after his mutation, Phantom's crafting skills remain as good as when he was a Fe-Matoran.
