Ozvek is the island which serves as a homeland to the Rotaka.
History []
Ozvek was an island created by the Great Beings 100,000 years ago. Mata Nui later created the Rotaka, who settled on Ozvek.
Kalmah's Arrival[]
Ozvek once was drawn into the Barraki Kalmah's empire, until the Barraki and their armies from the League of Six Kingdoms were defeated by the Makuta. To ensure this would not happen again, Makuta Miserix sent Vamprah to watch over the isle.
War Against the Brotherhood[]
550,000 years later, during the Order of Mata Nui/Brotherhood of Makuta War, Ozvek's inhabitants, the Rotaka, were granted membership of the Order of Mata Nui to combat the Brotherhood of Makuta.
Reign of Shadows[]
After Makuta Teridax took control of the Matoran Universe, the Rotaka managed to create a device which allowed them to be unseen by the new Great Spirit Teridax.
The Kingdom[]
In the Kingdom Alternate Universe, Ozvek was flooded with the saltwater of the Endless Ocean, and was destroyed. Many Rotaka fled to the isle of Mata Nui, above, although others chose to stay in their home island.
