Observer is a Rahkshi Mutant. He is a member of the organisation RUIN in the Charatidax Universe.
History[]
Matoran Wipeout/RUIN Formation[]
Observer was formed when Vovan created the electric pulse which spread across the universe. He was summoned to the Northern Islands by Vovan's beacon. When Observer arrived, he was assigned to a small archipelago in the Southern Islands. He was set the task of watching the Turaga's every move. Due to Observer's size and patience he was perfect for the job. After about 17 years of this, he was sent a message from Vovan to kill the Turaga. Observer has his own methods of killing which is why no remains of that Turaga were ever seen again.
RUIN-Toa War[]
Observer didn't do much in this war. His biggest assignment in it was to infiltrate Turaga Vortaggen's chamber and kill him.
This was the only mission the Observer failed to accomplish. Toa Tanma caught Observer about to slice the Turaga and stopped him. The battle went on for many hours until finally ending with Observer vanishing back to the Northern Islands. Tanma checked if the Turaga was injured and returned to his team. Observer was punished for his mistake and assigned to a different island. When the war ended, Observer stayed where he was and is still there today, watching. Always watching.
Abilities and Traits[]
Observer is a Rahkshi Mutant. This means that he was originally a Rahkshi of Vacuum until Vovan sent the electric blast across the Universe, mutating him into Rahkshi Mutant. Observer's weapon is a Sharpened Grinder. He uses this to scathe his victims. Observer also has a large single horn. He uses this to infiltrate houses by breaking walls. When Observer kills, he kills quickly and silently.
