History[]
The Nuva Cube was created as a failsafe device by Artakha.
At some point, the Nuva Cube was teleported to the the Bohrok Nests, where it lay dormant for almost a century. When the Bohrok Nests were destroyed by the Cult of Dark Order, the Cube was buried underneath tons of rubble.
The object was eventually recovered by Kuurk around the same time he found the Bohrok-Kal, and to his surprise, the artifact was 100% intact. Kuurk then brought it over to his Empire, and put in a special vault for safekeeping.
Functionality[]
The Nuva Cube shares a symbiotic relationship with the Elemental Powers of the Toa Mata through the Nuva Symbols. Its design allows the six Symbols to be positioned on the Cube, fitting together like pieces of a puzzle. By connecting the pieces together, the cube can be used to either create new Toa or unlock a Toa Seal.
