The Kanohi Nohopu is the Mask of Propulsion. Its usage is widespread, and it is classified as an Energy power.
The Kanohi Nohopu allows the user to move at supersonic speeds, but only in momentary bursts. The mask builds up kinetic force passively, over time, releasing it all in bursts of up to two seconds at maximum capacity.
The Nohopu is most useful for smashing through walls with great force, or performing kinetically-enhanced leaps or jumps.
History[]
As society within the Matoran Universe blossomed and expanded following the Great Spirit Robot's launch, mask makers across the universe honed and refined their skills and began to craft new designs. These masks were not neccessarily as directly relevant to the maintenance of the Great Spirit, but served some now-lost purpose within the newly born civilization.
The Kanohi Nohopu was one such mask.

The Kanohi Nohopu is considered very useful to those working in the void of space. Should a Nohopu-user drift too far from their vessel without a tether, they can use the mask to propel themselves back to safety.
