Nixot was a Skakdi of The Green and former Dark Hunter by the Alias of "Pickpocket", and later a follower of the Golden Skinned Being.
History[]
Nixot, like the rest of his kind, were created by Mata Nui as one of many experiments into creating sapient life. His people lived in relative peace on Zakaz for a time, with himself serving as a merchant. Then Makuta Spiriah came along with promises of power if they allowed him to conduct some experiments. Granting them new powers, the Makuta left an army of Visorak to 'keep the peace' while he watched their power develop from a safe distance. Nixot and the other Skakdi instead rebelled against the Brotherhood of Makuta, then waged war amongst themselves. Though he initially joined Nektann's clan, he developed a sense of avarice and began building a secret treasure trove. The Warlord would later discover his stash and demand that Nixot give it to him as penance for his transgressions. Nixot refused and fought back, ultimately fleeing after losing an arm. He then joined a band of pirates, bribing them for safe passage off of Zakaz with what little loot he salvaged from the prior battle.
At some point in time, Nixot joined the Dark Hunters and was given the alias of Pickpocket, alongside a mechanical arm. Once again he tried to build a treasure hoard, but it was quickly discovered. As punishment, The Shadowed One destroyed his robotic arm and assigned another of his kin- Wythilv- to keep him in check. They two of them would later fight in the Toa-Dark Hunter War, assigned to Onu-Metru to pillage and loot it. Once more he forged a private hideout in the region between the Valley of Unending Whispers and the Archives, amassing a collection of trophies from the war effort. He was forced to abandon it afterward, however, with him vowing to return to it.
He eventually made good on that promise when the Dark Hunters allied themselves with the Order of Mata Nui, declaring war on the Brotherhood of Makuta. To his displeasure, he found himself allying with Nektann's clan again for a brief time. When Teridax took over and Nektann swore allegiance to the Makuta, the warlord returned to the city with an Army of Rahkshi. During the attack, Nektann found and confronted Nixot. Rather than execute him, he offered the thief a spot in his ranks. Nixot rejected him, calling him a traitor to the Skakdi race. Jaller and Kongu arrived at the scene before Nektann could execute him, rescuing him. During their retract, Nixot set his hideout into self-destruct, hoping to kill Nektann. Alas, he survived, but he was buried long enough for the trio to escape.
Wythilv would later approach Nixot with his own offer. He was having a crisis in faith, and between Teridax's oppression and the rebellion against it, he was losing hope. Some fellow Skakdi have a plan of their own, though, and he thought he should extend their offer to Nixot. When asked if this went against The Shadowed One's will, Wythilv merely replied that they were 'looking into a brand new market'. Those words were what sealed the deal for Nixot.
He was among the Skakdi who partook in the creation of the Golden Skinned Being. When the entity noticed his inner-greed, he granted him a limited form of transmutation. This solidified Nixot's loyalties to them, and he and Wythilv officially broke away from the Dark Hunters. Their cult survived long enough to immigrate to Spherus Magna and encounter Annona. Driven mad during the battle between her and their benefactor, his transmutation ability went haywire. He transformed himself into a statue of gold in the process, and remained as such even after Annona was teleported away. His idol and fellow Skakdi have abandoned him, and as far as the rest of the world was aware, he vanished off the face of the world. The Shadowed One has put a bounty on his head since Spherus Magna's restoration, as oblivious to his fate as everyone else.
Abilities and Traits[]

His 'Nixot Touch' running wild.
On Zakaz, he was a renowned thief and infiltrator. He as infamous for his skills in stealth as he was for his greed. His avarice has gotten the better of him on many an occasion, leading him to bite off more than he can chew. Because of this, The Shadowed One assigned the reverent Wythilv as his partner to keep it in check (with the occasional act of intimidation on the side).
Though Nixot possesses access to the Element of The Green, he must work in conjunction with another Skakdi to use it. He also possesses 'Caustic Vision', eye beams that can eat away at the target's materials like real acid. His third ability is to scan for items of monetary value. While serving under the Golden Skinned Being, he was given the ability to transmutate any non-living material into gold and other valuable substances. During the battle between said being and Annona, this power was extended to other lifeforms as well, leading to his accidental transformation.
Mask and Tools[]
As a thief, Nixot has a plethora of tools for his occupation. Lockpicks, grappling lines, climbing hooks. After losing an arm in a previous heist, it was replaced with a mechanical appendage. This limb can convert into either a servo or a ranged weapon. His most recent one is an directed-energy sniper rifle, which can channel his Elemental Power. His favorite attack in particular is to produce seeds which rapidly sprout into vines. Sometimes to ensnare enemies, sometimes to produce makeshift nets for him to climb up.

Trivia[]
- His name is "Toxin" spelt backwards, which alluded to plans for his third power to be poison manipulation. This was dropped when it was decided that his defining trait be his greed.
- His original biography on MOCPages had him die at the hands of Nektann due to a previous betrayal. This was recently retconned for his new allegiance to the Golden Skinned Being.
- His new power is based on the Midas Touch.
