Nikama is one of the First Matoran. He was once a lazy Matoran that didn't do anytyhing but has since become helper of Epina in his construction company.

Biography

Long ago, Mata Nui created Nikama along with the other First Matoran and placed him on Dromii to live there. When creating Nikama, some essence was left of him and thus Mata Nui created a smaller Matoran from that essence, to be Nikama's littlebrother, Miru. They lived together as brothers since they were created from the very same essence. However, Dromii started to sink and Mata Nui made Hangi a Toa to rescue them to Manuin. Nikama was one of the Matoran to be evacuated. He too, experienced the storm which was caused by the creation of Manuin, with the others. Finally they found Manuin where they found the Canyon of the Great Spirit and Hangi became a Turaga.

While Hangi gave other Matoran jobs, Nikama didn't want any. He was lazy and just wanted to play a sport invented by him with his littlebrother Miru. Hangi got a bit frustrated in Nikama and decided to let him do whatever he wanted.

During the dangers made by Makaatu on the village, Nikama tried to defend his village and his littlebrother. When Makaatu made his final strike and captured the Matoran in Matoran Pods, Nikama was one of them to be taken away.

His pod was rescued by the First Toa and he was awakened with the rest in the Hangi Canyon. He had forgotten everything of the past, which made the new Turaga (previously the First Toa) upset. Nikama still wasn't given a job. He spent time with Miru mostly, until, after several years, he decided to find a job in order to get some respect. Epina gave hima job as his helper in constructing statues. Later, after more helpers came, Epina formed the Epina's Construction Company and gave Nikama a high position in it.

When the Great Flood came, Nikama took Miru and went hiding into the local shopping center with the others. After the flood, Mata Nui gave the Matoran eleven assignments. Nikama's job during this time was to help Epina in constructing the ship they would use to move back on Dromii. Nikama too witnessed the rising of Dromii.

Currently Nikama lives a happy life in Dromii as a substitute supervisor of the Epina's Construction Company. He also spends some time with Miru, although he has lots of work to do. He has gotten respect and has become skilled in his work.

Abilities and Traits

Nikama used to be lazy, but one day he changed and over time, became very dedicated in his work. Before he was also quite antisocial and even a bit rude sometimes, but that has changed. Nowadays he's friendly.
