Neon is an Elemental Power. It isn't naturally occuring and the only known Toa of the element was created after Matu came into contact with the radiation emitting machinery of Axorla Nui.

Matu created a forcefield to protect himself from flying shrapnel in Kopak's Hunt 2: KMES Search and Rescue.

• The element was named by KMES leader, Kopak, much to Toa Matu's dislike.
• Wielders of the element usually display glowing features, as per the title of the element.
• The prefix, Ne-, is the real world atomic symbol for Neon.
• It is not yet certain whether all Toa, Turaga, and Matoran of Neon are male or female, but so far only a male has been seen.
