Naho was once the Protector of Water in her lifetime, and was one of the leaders of a party of Okotans hopping to mutate themselves into makeshift Toa. She is also a relative to Tuyet.

As a Protector, she possessed a Protector Mask of Water and her ancestors' Elemental Torpedo Blaster. The former granted her limited access to the Element of Water, while the latter can be used while diving through bodies of said substance. However, the latter was heavily damaged in her battle with Tuyet and was put out of commission for some time.
