The Mask of Emotion is a Kanohi that allows its user to control a target's emotions to a certain extent.
Capabilities[]
A bearer of a Mask of Emotion could both sense and manipulate the emotional range of a target. This ability entails the prolonged manipulation of feelings, moods, and psychology. The user can manipulate the mannerisms and behaviors of any target that is within a close proximity to them, common examples being politeness inducement, nerve suppression, and bursts of rational or irrational thought.
The effects of the Kanohi are known to be triggered by a set of internal or external events which have a particular significance for the target in focus. Wearers of a Great Mask of Emotion are able to coordinate the set of responses and control verbal, physiological, behavioral, and neural mechanisms of a subject to a limited degree.
To an extent, the Kanohi enables the wearer to perform mind-control, though they are unable to completely manipulate a target into performing a particular action based off of an emotional trigger and cannot predict how a subject would react to exposure of a particular feeling.
