Luoya was a Bo-Matoran who became a Toa and is now serving with the Toa Aonalgin.
History[]
Early history[]
Luoya began her life on Spherus Magna, as a Bo-Matoran, where she aided in the construction of the Matoran Universe. She would later be placed within the Matoran Universe on Aleio Nui, along with a small population of various other Matoran
Matoran Life[]
Luoya had an occupation as a healer. She worked with another Bo-Matoran named Desnirca in a special structure designated for healing. The two Bo-Matoran worked well with each other, and cared for many injured or sickly Matoran.
80,000 years ago, Luoya received a Toa stone from a Turaga on her island. The Turaga had been keeping several Toa stones for some time and believed it was now the right time to choose Matoran to give them to. Luoya, along with a Ce-Matoran named Celuxa were chosen, and both became new Toa. Luoya decided to stay in the village while the new Toa of Psionics left.
Somewhat disheartened by the prospect of defending her village alone, Luoya nevertheless proved herself as a Toa many times over.
Around 77,000 years ago, Luoya rescued a Ga-Matoran from nearly falling to his death, utilizing her power of plantlife to do so.

Abilities and Traits[]
Luoya is typically very straightforward and honest. She says what she thinks, without checking first. She can also be somewhat patronizing, and unintentionally rude. She does, however, have good intentions, and rarely means to hurt others on purpose. She is also quite skilled as the deputy leader of the Toa Aonalgin, and is able to tell what others are feeling.
As a Toa of Plantlife, Luoya had near-perfect command over plant-based life-forms. As such, at a basic level, she could create, control, and absorb plants. Examples of this included creating thorns and vines, altering the form of plants in an area, and controlling the actions of plantlife.
Equipment and Powers[]
As a Bo-Matoran, Luoya had mostly inaccessible plantlife powers, which manifested as knowledge of plants and poisons. As a Toa, she gained full access to and control over her elemental powers.
Luoya's Kanohi is a Mask of Sensory Aptitude shaped as a Kanohi Kaukau. It gave its user the power to enhance all of their senses to a high degree.
Luoya's only tool is her Ornate scythe, which she uses to direct and channel her elemental power through.
