Lucxel was a Vo-Matoran, who later became a Toa of Lightning.
History[]
Early History []
Lucxel began her life on Spherus Magna, as a Vo-Matoran, where she aided in the construction of the Matoran Universe. She would later be placed within the Matoran Universe on Zakaz, along with a small population of other Matoran.
However, after Makuta Spiriah's alteration of the Skakdi, the island's primary inhabitants, residency there became considered dangerous, and as a result, Luxcel, along with many of her companions, emigrated to other nearby islands.
Luxcel, ending up on the Northern Continent, began spreading word of the conflict that had arisen on Zakaz.
After a short residency in a village on the Northern Continent, Luxcel moved on and traveled to another island, one in close proximity to the island of Artahka.

Abilities and Traits[]
Luxcel tends prefer to stay out of danger, but when she is forced to face it, she is usually hesitant, and makes a lot of mistakes, as she is not very experienced, and she is not sure of herself. She is also unsure of her own strength
As a Toa of Lightning, Lucxel has near-perfect control over electricity. As such, at a basic level, she can create, control, and absorb electrical energy. Examples of this included creating lightning bolts, redirecting lightning bolts, and absorbing open electricity.
Powers and Equipment[]
As a Vo-Matoran, Lucxel possessed innate lightning powers, which manifested as a limited resistance to electric shocks. As a Toa, she gained full access to her Lightning powers.
She wears the Kanohi Pakari, the Mask of Strength. It vastly augmented her brute physical strength. She carries two Curved Daggers of Electricity that she uses to harness, control, and project bolts of lightning. She can fuse them into one to use as a boomerang. When thrown, every 360 degree turn it makes produces a Thunder Clap, which can deafen enemies with its loud noise. Its intensity can be changed depending on how much electric energy is inside the claws, plus her Kanohi can be used to strengthen how far and hard she throws the boomerang.
