The League has an army filled with various beings. Most are rogue, currupted, or mutated beings who once lived peacefully, and with this group are Toa. Another huge side of the army is the forced army. Many beings of outstanding races (going off on mind, strength, or skills) are forced to work with the league. They form the lowest rank in the League, and they are punished by the higher ranks. For the League, it does not matter any bit when thse are killed in greater numbers, as they are considered weak and in some cases a barrier for higher ranks who are more vulnerable.
