Kyrehx is a Ga-Matoran who sank into the Voya Nui Bay along with the rest of Mahri Nui. She joined the Mahri Nui Sentinels and worked to protect the city until she was attacked by a squad of Vampire Squid that sent her into a coma.
History[]
At some point in her past, Kyrehx was injured and sent to Karzahni for repairs. She was rebuilt into a weaker form, and sent to the heart of the Southern Continent to hide Karzahni's failure. Se settled in the region that would eventually become Voya Nui, and was there when the Great Cataclysm sent the island of Voya Nui hurtling to the surface of the Endless Ocean.
Kyrehx lived on Voya Nui for nearly two decades. During that time, she settled in the growing city of Mahri Nui. When the plane of volcanic stone that the city was built on broke off from the island and sunk into the Voya Nui Bay, Kyrehx sunk with it and the rest of the city. She was one of the survivors of the initial plunge, during which her body was slightly mutated by the mutagenic waters seeping up from the Black Water.
As the Matoran of Mahri Nui began to forge a new life for themselves, Kyrehx joined the Mahri Nui Sentinels to help protect the other survivors from the dangerous predators that lived in the depths. She served dutifully for nearly a decade until she was unexpectedly attacked by a squad of Vampire Squid that nearly killed her. She was saved by Lemiddus, who brought her to the city's Medicine Matoran for care. This attack caused the city to launch an expedition into the Black Water to discover what had driven the Vampire Squid out of their natural habitat.
Personality and Traits[]
Kyrehx is punctual individual, who was irritated by habitual lateness. She was driven by a need to protect the other Matoran around her in their dangerous enviornment.
Powers and Equipment[]
As a Ga-Matoran Kyrehx possesses an increased lung capacity and a natural talent for swimming. After Mahri Nui sunk into the Voya Nui bay, the small amount of mutagen she was exposed to gave her a stronger, sleeker form more suited to her new environment. Kyrehx wears a powerless light blue Noble Huna that matches her armor. She usually wields an electro-spear with a chain attached for quick retrieval.

- Kyrehx's Mahri Nui form was built by Vorred, who graciously offered to construct models for characters from Rock Bottom after reading the serial. Unfortunately, this project was not completed because of external factors and Kyrehx remains the only Rock Bottom character built by Vorred.
