Mask and Tools[]
Kumea currently possesses a Mask of Gravity. With it he can access and channel his innate Elemental powers.
One of the most notable tools at his disposal is the Vortex Shield. It allows the user to manipulate gravitational fields around the user. One example is either pulling targets towards the user or blasting them away with concussive force. Another form is projecting extensions for greater protection. It can even "bounce" and "fly" around when thrown, striking the wielder's enemies.
His preferred melee tool is an axe, which can extend its hilt to be held in two hands. The inside of it houses slots for Elemental Crystals, allowing him to mix any Element with his own as he pleases.
His primary ranged weapon is a grenade launcher, firing timed explosives of Elemental power. When applying Gravity Elemental Energy to them, they can become "stickies", attaching to surfaces and even enemies.

Trivia[]
- Kumea's name is derived from kume-ā-papa, which is Maori for "Gravity".
- Like the rest of the trio, Kumea is based off of a class from the videogame series Destiny. In his case, he is modeled after the Titans. His elemental power of choice reflects the Void damage-type. The shield a nod to the Sentinel subclass introduced in the second game.
- During his group's development, the then-unnamed Toa of Gravity was going to mirror the Hunters more. He would have drawn upon inspiration from the Nightstalker subclass and wielded a bow. This was scraped after Inika saw a Destiny 2 trailer showcasing the Sentinel subclass.
