Only a few beings have seen the mask and lived to tell the tale, but from their descriptions it is a jet black and vile looking thing.
Only a few powers of the mask are known, but the few that are are terrifying. The mask can cause the darkness inside everyone to grow or shrink, making a being stronger or weaker in the element of Shadow. The mask can also triple its user's shadow powers, making most beings nearly invincible.
