The Kanohi Kowa is the Mask of the Kowa Mountains. It is a mysterious, unique mask with multiple powers that all have something to do with the Kowa Mountains of Bio-Land. The powers of the mask are not known, except for the one that allows the user to "communicate telepathically" to the Kowa Mountains and sense it's mood.

The user is the Guardian of the Kowa Mountains. He mainly uses the Kowa to communicate with the mountains.
