Klickers are Rahi beasts that dwell in the wilderness of the Southern Continent in the Fragmented Universe.
History[]
Klickers were one of the many species created by Mata Nui to inhabit the Matoran Universe. They were placed mostly in the Southern Continent, but some were also placed in the Northern Continent, the Southern Island Chains, and on Apollo Nui.
Most Matoran stayed away from the beasts, most driving them back into the wildernesses when they came towards their villages. Occasionally a village would be attacked and would kill several Matoran, and unless a Toa were present, then the villagers would be driven from their village.
After the Battle of Bara Magna, most of the Klickers migrated to Spherus Magna, but a few packs stayed behind within the robot. The rest wander the wildernesses of the planet.
Physiology[]
Attributes[]
They are the size of a small Toa, and are more than a match for a Matoran. They have strange prong-like claws at the end of each arm (which they have two of) and hoof-like feet. Their backs are lined with spines, and they have an insectoid head on a spindely neck.
Capabilities[]
Klickers are capable of jumping great heights, and their poison can freeze the victim in stasis. They produce a clicking sound (hence their name) that hypnotises their prey into immobility, allowing the Klicker to strike.
Behaviour[]
The Klickers are very aggressive, and always travel in large numbers.
Diet[]
Klickers are carnivorous and feed on invertebrate Rahi, primarily insects. They eat the organic material inside. If starving, a Klicker will widen its diet to include larger, beast Rahi, or even Matoran.

- The name 'Klicker' is derived from the Star Wars villains, the Killicks, but also refers to the Klickers' 'clicking' ability.
