Katiki is a female Toa of Air on Malské Nui.
History[]
Early Life[]
Brother and Sister[]
Katiki was created by Malské as a Le-Matoran on Malské Nui. She was created along with Pozic, and they were considered "brother and sister" by all. They were always loyal to each other and were rarely separated. When battles began on the island, Pozic swore an oath to protect his younger sister, and, Katiki secretly promised to protect her brother in return.
Toa Stones[]
When the battles turned to war, and Pozic was sent to the main city to fight, Katiki was truly alone. For the first time in her life she had no one, no one to be with her. She spent most of her time locked in her room, refusing to come out except to eat. But something soon happened that would change her life. There was an attack on her village, led by a skilled Skakdi warrior. Her house went unnoticed by the attackers, as it appeared abandoned. She heard screams and went to help. She was seen by the Skakdi and dueled him, though she was sure to lose. A Toa arrived just in time to save her life, and she was brought to the city to be awarded for her bravery.
When she arrived at the city, all she wanted was to see Pozic again, but her savior told her that she would have to wait, for Pozic was in the medical area and had suffered mass injuries. The Toa sent her off with a stone, a stone for courage. She later found out that more Matoran had resieved these "Courage Stones", and wondered, what was the purpose of these simple but yet complex rocks? She found out soon enough, when the Toa summoned all of the Matoran with their stones. The Toa who had saved her asked for her in private, and told her that the stone was a Toa Stone, and that she was to become a Toa. But, good news usually comes with bad, and her worst nightmare became reality: Pozic wasn't going to survive.
Grief engulfed Katiki, and she felt as though her life was over. Her brother, Pozic, was going to die. She wished she could do something, but her mind was blank. But, unknown to her, one of the other Matoran with a Toa Stone had an idea. He didn't want to become a Toa, and thought giving the stone to Pozic would renew his life essence and save him. Katiki's dying brother was brought, and given the Stone. Pozic transformed into a Toa, and happily, Katiki did the same.

- Katiki is supposed to represent Toa Pozico's sister.
- Katiki's name is made up of two things: Pozico's sister's nickname (Kiki), and her favorite animal (cats).
- Katiki does not speak Chute-Speak.
