The Kanohi Karhi is the Mask of Destinies, which curses it's bearer to become a being of completely free will.

The Kanohi Karhi is the Mask of Destinies. The name seems to be a bit misleading at first, since it's true power is that it makes the bearer have no constraint to Mata Nui's will. In fact, many consider the mask to be a curse instead of a blessing, since the amount of freedom it brings often ensures they do not live as long as intended by Mata Nui.
However, the mask is secretly a hidden gem. Instead of being forced into a certain path by the Great Spirit, the bearer can chose whatever he/she pleases, going against the reality predetermined for them while others are stuck in certain paths. The bearer, therefore, becomes incredibly unpredictable.

The Kanohi Karhi was made with the Mask of Creation thousands of years ago by the great being Viluu. He hid it in the southern islands of the Matoran Universe to keep it sacred. For a while it was believed to not truly exist. Thousands of years passed until a Toa named Aranu managed to retrieve the mask for himself and use it in order to create his own destiny and adventures.

- The Kanohi Karhi is considered a legendary mask. Only one mask ranks up to its same power level: The Kanohi Sophicia, the Mask of Wisdom.
- The Kanohi Karhi can change to the form the wearer wants it to be. For example, Toa Karhi changed his mask to look like his original Hau. Again, since it has no destiny, it seems formless.
