Iyfugi is a Toa of Fire and Stone.
Biography[]
Iyfugi was once a regular Ta-Matoran from an unknown island. At some point, Makuta Tursian picked him to serve as one of his Toa Hagah. When he, Mistrak, and Hoduza left for another world, Iyfugi tried to stop them. Tursian brought the whole chamber down as they escaped, however, and Iyfugi was pinned under some rumble. The impact caused him to loss his memory, and the Brotherhood disbanded his team after they were unable to track his master. One Makuta kept him for an experiment, though, fusing him with a Turaga of Stone.
Iyfugi was considered a failure (for reasons unknown) and cast aside by the Makuta. He wandered the world for a while running into Marolix. He showed the exile how to control his new powers over Stone, leaving once the training was complete. He eventually found himself under the employ of a powerful Steltian, though he vanished without trace. Iyfugi wandered the Matoran Universe after that, running into Marolix. The veteran Toa taught him how to control his powers over Stone. Iyfugi would help him track down the last Matoran to recieve his power, bearing witness to his transformation into a Turaga.
He would guard the elder and their new home, up until Teridax overthrew Mata Nui. He took part in the rebellion against the Makuta, defending his home from the Rahkshi hordes. He fought in the Battle for Bara Magna, and lived to begin life anew on Spherus Magna.
He would later take part in an expedition to the Great Jungle, serving as a bodyguard for Juleva. As of yet, nobody has returned.
Abilities and Traits[]
As of yet, nothing is known about his personality. Whatever it was like before the Makuta's departure, it is likely to have changed after his amnesia.
As a Toa of Fire, he can absorb, control, and manipulate fire and heat. As a result of the experiments, he can also wield the Element of Stone. However, his secondary Elemental power is only as great as that of a Turaga.
Mask and Tools[]
It is unknown as to what Mask and Tools he bore. However, it is known that he wielded twin Magma Cutters, which could be combined into an even larger weapon. His Rhotuka shield could drain the physical energies of his target, making them sluggish and slow. Bore an Akaku-shaped mask of unknown power, in honor of an unknown Toa of Ice. He discarded these for an actual Akaku and a Magma Lance after his Team was disbanded.

- Iyfugi was inspired by Lavarock, a MOC by Shadowgear6335.
- His Toa Hagah build, alongside other similar MOCs, was inspired by BobTheDoctor's build for his version of Kualus.
- His Post-Experimentation form's torso-armor design was inspired by the one used for Kylernuva's Dark Hunter, "Insane".
