Pyros, more commonly known as Hydros, was a Ta-matoran Crafter, who later became a Toa. He was then given weak control over the elements of earth and air.
History[]
It can be assumed that much of Hydros' early history is the same, aside from the point where he was experimented on to give him more powers. the formula used on him in the Sentinels universe was much weaker in potency, and as a result, only partial control was given to Hydros of the elements of Air and Earth, with Fire remaining the primary element. He did however retain other abilities, such as enhanced senses, waterbreathing, Cryo-vision, and extreme strength and agility.
Abilities and traits[]
Typically quiet and a little reserved, Pyros/Hydros rarely opens up to people who he hasn't known for long; and is unlike most Toa of Fire in that he doesn't usually allow his more impulsive tendencies to take over. Somewhat shy, Hydros rarely sees himself as a hero, instead viewing himself as someone who must do his duty: to protect those who cannot protect themselves. Despite these traits, he has also been known to doubt himself under certain circumstances, believing he may not have what is takes to overcome and triumph.
As a Toa of Fire, Hydros had near-perfect command over heat and flame. As such, at a basic level, he could create, control, and absorb open fire and/or heat. Examples of this include creating fireballs, generating a rain of fire, absorbing the heat in an area, and putting out fires. Hydros also possessed partial control over the elements of Air and Earth.
Powers and Equipment[]
As a Ta-Matoran, Hydros had innate fire powers, which manifested as a resistance to extreme heat. As a Toa, He gained full control over his fire powers. Later, he gained many other powers along with partial Earth and Air elements.
Hydros wears the Kanohi Hau, Mask of Shielding. It allows him to defend him self from any physical attacks he is aware of. It was slightly warped when he was experimented on.
Hydros' primary tool is his sword, which is charged with his primary elemental power of Fire.

- Hydros' appearance in this reality is due to a weaker formula being used to mutate him, resulting in his only partially mutated look.
