Abilities and Traits[]
As a Toa of Water Halia had the ability to create, control and absorb water. Examples of this are her ability to start and stop tidal waves and create vicious rain storms.
Halia is a quiet, shy, Toa. She often avoids getting involved in a conversation, instead she likes to read. However, among friends, she can be very relaxed and talkative. She is very smart (due to her obsessive reading) and kind towards others, always helping them out, standing up for them and rarely being cruel. She also has a strong interest in Rahi and a good understanding of many species. Halia is a strong disbeliever of Violence and does not like to hurt others if at all possible, be it physically or emotionally.
Mask and Tools[]
Halia wears a Kanohi Rau, the mask of Translation. This Mask allows her to translate any written or spoken language. Though a disbeliever of violence, she carries a simple harpoon, crafted for her by some Fe-Matoran crafters, after she and the rest of her team helped their village. Halia also carries a chain, which can be used for everything from climbing to combat.
