Glace is a mysterious Toa of Ice who was discovered by the Matoran of Mahri Nui who claims to be from Metru Nui.
History[]
Glace was discovered floating drift in the Black Water by a group of Matoran who were on an unrelated mission to determine what had caused the Vampire Squid to suddenly migrate up to the area around Mahri Nui. The Matoran pulled him into their submersible and brought him back to the city.
Shortly after their return, Glace woke up and immediately hurried to the edge of the city, where he helped Idris drive off a giant crustacean creature created by the Kanohi Ignika. During a critical moment Glace used his secondary Mask of Mind Control to force Idris to take the killing shot against the creature against her will when she hesitated to do so. He carried her near-unconscious body back to the safety of the Air Dome after the battle.
Personality and Traits[]
In his brief time in Mahri Nui, little has been learned about him. He has acted to help the Matoran of the city, immediately going out to assist the Mahri Nui Sentinels upon waking. However, he has demonstrated a willingness to take extreme measures to complete his goals, such as using a Kanohi Komau to force Idris to kill the Gadunka. His true intentions are unclear.
Powers and Equipment[]
Being a Toa of Ice, Glace has complete control over the Elemental Power of Ice: he's capable of reducing the temperature of the air and objects around him, creating structure and objects made of ice, and absorbing the cold around him to make himself stronger. He also has a strong resistance to cold temperatures. He typically does not carry weapons, preferring to create the ideal tool for the battle at hand out of ice.
His default Kanohi is a Mask of Intangibility, allowing him to pass through solid objects. He has also been seen using a Great Kaukau and a Great Komau.

Trivia[]
- Glace was originally created to be the primary protagonist of the Afterverse, in the vein of iconic CBW characters like Tollubo. He was also intended to serve as a Self-MoC for creator DeltaStriker. When the Afterverse was revamped leading up to DeltaStriker's Ten Year Anniversary, Glace's importance to the story remained but the general scope of the universe became wider to allow for an ensemble of protagonists. This also led to the abandonment of a trilogy of serials meant to explore Glace's history.
