Gjarke is a name this creature has been called for a long time. It is a member of unknown-species that are Exalted Being's version of Matoran, who was mutated by Hordika Venom. It residents in The Workshop.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Gjarke's original form.
Gjarke, like other member of its species, was great by the Exalted Beings to work in the Labyrinth and maintain it. Gjarke had a great skill in creating weapons and armors, but it wanted very little to do with other members of its species. Gjarke rarely communicated with them, focusing on its work mostly. Gjarke only communicated with Dhaile and Arkor, to whom Gjarke created weapons since it started to consider them as friends.
When Bloszar came to the Worshop for the first time, Gjarke helped him to modify his armor.
Mutation[]
When Dhaile came to Gjarke with his new Toa-body that was mutated by Hordika Venom, Gjarke took a sample of it and started to modify Dhaile's new body, so that the Hordika Venom wouldn't affect Dhaile's mind. After that, Gjarke started experimenting himself with the Hordika Venom to increase his size and so that other creatures in the Labyrinth wouldn't bother him anymore. Gjarke was successful and managed to modifythe Hordika Venom, so that it would only affect his body, not his mind.
When Bloszar came to the Labyrinth for the second time, Gjarke met him again, greeted him and continued his work, even though Bloszar didn't remember who Gjarke was.
Abilities and Traits[]
Gjarke is seen to be able to emit beams of intense heat from it's eyes, similarly to Rahkshi of Heat Vision. It has great strength, far greater than a normal Toa and seems to have great reflexes as well. It mostly just creates different kind of weapons and armors in The Labyrinth and seems to have great skill in doing so.
Gjarke seems to be very wary towards new meetings, but is very loyal to his frieds and always wants to help him. Gjarke speaks a very old language and only a few can understand what he says, like Dhaile and Arkor.
Even if Gjarke resembles a Matoran, he cannot change to a Toa, nor does he have any elemental powers.
After experimenting himself with Hordika Venom, Gjarke's size increased massively, granting him even greater strentgh, with a cost to its reflexes. Its heat vision is now more powerful, but is now harder to control. Gjarke is now even more annoyed to anything that disturbs him.
Gjarke doesn't not wear a Komau, even if it's head looks like it.
