The Kanohi Gariton is the Mask of Floortilting. Its usage is widespread, and it is classified as a Gravity power.

The Kanohi Gariton allows the user to change the direction of gravity within an enclosed area. For instance, causing an enemy to “fall” towards the ceiling or a far wall. In places where there is not a surface to cause gravity to move towards.

History

As society within the Matoran Universe blossomed and expanded following the Great Spirit Robot's launch, mask makers across the universe honed and refined their skills and began to craft new designs. These masks were not neccessarily as directly relevant to the maintenance of the Great Spirit, but served some now-lost purpose within the newly born civilization.

The Kanohi Gariton was one such mask, developed as a construction tool for use in the Six Kingdoms.

Magellan Universe

The Kanohi Gariton became a vital tool to many Toa or other beings operating in the vaccum of space. The mask allowed them to cling to the outside of their vessel or station, providing an extra level of safety. This did however make the masks extremely coveted, to the point where if a being were too open that they owned a Kanohi Gariton, they were likely to be mugged or murdered.

Trivia

• The Kanohi Gariton was originally created by bonesii for BZPower's Expanded Multiverse project, and was later used for BIONICLE Generations, first appearing in the Kanohi Guidebook released on April 3rd 2020.
