FuSoTech World Survival is a story serial that tells of the competition in the digital void.

Story[]

Prologue[]

As FuSoTech walked through his fortress, a call from his holographic transmitter came.

"Yes, what is it?" FuSoTech asked.

"The preparations are completed. The digital beings can be created," the being known as Energy said to his master.

"Okay, I'll come right away," FuSoTech said as he deactivated his holographic transmitter.

FuSoTech walked into the room overlooking the room where the creation of the beings should take place, and he smiled. "Activate the machine," FuSoTech told his assistant Energy.

The machine activated, and with a loud sound, a crowd was suddenly standing in the room.

This should be exciting, FuSoTech thought.

"Hello there, welcome to my palace, I'm happy to see you guys here," FuSoTech said to the crowd through a microphone.

"And who might you be?" Iruka asked.

"My name is FuSoTech. You can also call me Lord FuSoTech or Mighty FuSoTech, but I prefer FuSoTech," FuSoTech said. "This being here is Energy, and he will give you some tips," FuSoTech continued.

"We are being sent into a world we don't even know?" Rantu asked.

"Yes, you are," FuSoTech said.

"One tip: Don't go into the forest at night. If it sees you, you are to be eaten," FuSoTech said, as the crowd was teleported away to another room, where they would be divided into teams.

Chapter 1[]

"Hello there. As you all may already know, I am Energy, and I'm gonna teleport you into the world itself. I'm also gonna give you tips," Energy said.

"Tip 1: search for artifacts on places you wouldn't expect them to be. Tip 2: NEVER wander around at night. You know what happens. Tip 3: search for mysterious buildings and try to conquer them and use them as camps; it will not be easy to conquer them, as unknown targets lie in these bases.

"Success with your journey; you'll need it," Energy said as everyone was teleported to another place in the universe.

Fairon found himself in the most barren place in the whole universe: a desert without any building in sight. He didn't like this.

All of a sudden, a notice popped up out of nowhere, Fairon read it:

Dig a hole in the ground and sleep there at night. That way, it won't notice you."

After Fairon read it, a shovel lay at the ground beside the notice. He began digging. After a few hours of digging, Fairon heard a scream.

"HELLO! ANYBODY HERE?" the unknown being screamed. It seemed to be Rantu, Fairon heard.

"Fairon? Is that truly you?" Rantu asked.

"Yes, it's me," Fairon said.

"It's nearly getting to be night. I think we need to get in this hole," Rantu said.

"I agree," Fairon said.

"Release Mephiles on the desert. I want it to go rampaging there," FuSoTech said.

"Of course, master," Energy said.

Mephiles got out of its cage and was teleported to the desert.

"I didn't know I could dig a hole this big," Fairon said.

"Shh! I hear something" Rantu whispered.

"I hear it too. Should I put out my light?" Fairon said.

"Just do that for security," Rantu said.

They heard a roar. It was very scary.

"I don't like this," Fairon said.

"Me too," Rantu said.

The beast rampaged through the desert, and did that all night.

Chapter 2[]

The next day the two beings got out of the hole, and saw where the beast had rampaged. They also saw something that wasn't there yesterday: a rocket silo. The beings moved towards it and blasted open the door, which revealed a big hallway leading into a giant hall that stood beside the rocket launching facility.

"Wow," Fairon said.

"This does remind me of that time we were in FuSoTech's palace. It's huge in here," Rantu said.

The facility had much technology, and kind of looked like the rocket was going to be launching any minute now. The beings suddenly heard a voice: "Make way for the rocket to launch. Open roof, rocket launching in 2 minutes."

"I think we should as well capture this place, like in the instructions," Fairon said.

"Come to think of it, yeah," Rantu said.

The two ran into another hallway and got into an elevator. They ran as the clock was counting: one minute left before the launch.

"Attention, the rocket will launch in 1 minute," the voice said.

"Almost there!" Rantu yelled.

They ran as hard as they can, and, there they stood, in the control room.

"Attention, the rocket will launch in 30 seconds," the voice said.

The two sprinted towards the button.

"Attention, the rocket will launch in 10 seconds," the voice said.

The two reached out. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, click! The rocket just stopped.

"Abort operation? Who's in there? Tell me, who aborted the operation?" the voice said again.

"We did, whoever you are!" Fairon yelled back.

"Oh, allow me to introduce myself, I am the SCaDOS, which stands for Sentient Computer and Disk Operating System," the voice said.

"Well, why did you even WANT to launch that rocket?" Rantu yelled.

"I have been planning this for years. See, I had been ordered to do so by FuSoTech, who wanted me to launch a rocket to exterminate contestants. I might as well begin slaughtering now," SCaDOS said.

All of a sudden, a door opened, and out of it came a huge robotic tank, controlled by SCaDOS.

"Prepare to be exterminated," SCaDOS said.

"Ugh, where am I?" Iruka felt miserable. He was in a jungle and had no weapons; his only weapons were his claws.

"And who might you be?" a voice asked, which appeared to be Velnax's.

"I am Iruka, leader of the Fallen Six, former leader of the Divine Warlords, and you?" Iruka said.

"I am Velnax, leader of the Kodax, and one of the most feared beings in this universe," Velnax said.

"And I am Mephiles," Mephiles said through the use of telepathy.

Chapter 3[]

The two beings looked at the giant beast, which they knew was about to trample them and then eat their remains. They simply charged towards the beast, which it reacted to while attempting to smash them away. Velnax was getting at his back, and slashed it a few times. It then managed to get Velnax off of its back, and fully attacked again with fury. It trampled Velnax with a crack.

"You cannot win, idiots," Mephiles said telepathically.

"You'd better not think so." Velnax's muffled voice came from under the foot where he had just been trampled by. He used enormous strength, and managed to get the foot above himself. He managed to get away from under the foot and blasted the beast in its chest.

"ROOOOOOOAAAAARRRRRRR!" Mephiles growled in pain, but it attacked a short time after.

"Now, Iruka!" Velnax yelled, as Iruka used a blast of his full power, making Mephiles collapse. He hit the ground with a loud thud.

Fairon and Rantu dodged the tank's attacks, as SCaDOS had planned. It then used a laser, which almost hit the two. Fairon then used a blast of light at the tank, to which SCaDOS reacted, in a bit of a distorted version of it's voice: "Attaaaaaaaaaccccckkkkk!"

"SCaDOS, give up, you piece of junk! You won't beat us!" Fairon said.

"Really? By the time I am defeated, you will be dead. You'll be far too dead to notice, and I will be still alive, and the rocket will have been fired, and I will be still alive, and then you'll be dead, just as FuSoTech ordered me, ha ha ha," SCaDOS said.

The tank rode towards the two Toa and fired a few rockets, which they dodged. They ran towards the control room they found earlier, and pressed a button, which would make all security cameras activated.

"Security camera, activated!" SCaDOS said.

Some of the security cameras shot with lasers, others shot with energy cannons. The tank quickly got distracted and tried to exterminate the camera first, allowing Fairon and Rantu to go into the tank.

"Okay, where's the self-destruct button of this thing?" Rantu asked.

"I think I've found it!" Fairon said.

He then pressed a button, and a voice emitting from the tank said: "Self destruct taking place in 1 minute."

Rantu and Fairon ran towards the control room, where they hid under the desks...

BOOM! The tank exploded and all kinds of parts could be seen flying.

"Where do we have to go now?" Fairon asked.

"I think we should go into that door," Rantu said, pointing at a door which labeled: Access denied to all non-personnel beings.

"Well, let's blast this door open," Fairon said. Using a blast of his powers, he blasted open the door, and the two got into the maintenance area of the silo.

"Wait, why aren't you in the main silo anymore? Where are you? Show yourself. I will make sure the missile launches, whatever it takes, please die n-n-no-o-o-o...w...w!" SCaDOS said as some of its speakers malfunctioned.

The two walked through the corridors, and more, until they found a door which had a notice hanging there: SCaDOS main operator. Authorized personnel ONLY.

They smashed open the door and saw a white and red robot hanging there. It was most likely SCaDOS.

"I do not care, kill them in my part. Oh, wait, there you are. Glad you two found me. Now I can kill you with my weapons, and then I can throw you into an incinerator. Ha ha ha, you'll be very dead, and I'll be laughing, ha ha ha!" SCaDOS said.

"Good work, SCaDOS! You did exactly as I ordered you! Now let me come into your place and let's get some good killing already!" FuSoTech's face appeared on the screens hanging at SCaDOS' main operator, and suddenly, out of a teleporter far away in the room, FuSoTech appeared, Energy right next to him.

"Prepare to be slaughtered!" FuSoTech said.

"I'd better not think so!" a mysterious voice said, and then a slash, and then the two beings saw SCaDOS attempting to regenerate, but it exploded, the entire room was covered in rubble, and the beings looked at the ruins. The being that rescued the two was none other than Raanu-G.

Chapter 4[]

"How did you know we were here?" Fairon asked.

"Aw, just a guess. Now, lemme help you," Raanu-G said.

The ruined generator that once housed SCaDOS was rubble. It looked like a huge bomb had exploded in there. The three then heard FuSoTech coming out of the rubble.

"I always knew that experiment was going to fail. Never mind, it just was a ruined computer that had to be done. It was one of my first experiments, and I know it just sucks. Now, should we fight these guys or go?" FuSoTech said.

"I think we must go, my lord," Energy said.

"Well, okay," FuSoTech said, as the two stepped into their teleporter leading to the palace.

"Who are you?" Rellier asked Makuta Sauron.

"That's nothing of your business, puny little Toa. You are just some puny fool who doesn't know how to handle his own powers," Makuta Sauron said, and a fight began.

Rellier was quickly off balance, but stood up and charged at Makuta Sauron. Then, all of a sudden, a shot was heard. Rellier stopped running, and fell down on the ground, with a loud thud. Makuta Sauron noticed where it had come from: a tree. Rellier had been shot through his head and died.

"Well, that's one of the enemies dead," Makuta Sauron said.

"And you'd better refrain from talking about the dead ones here," the gunner said.

The gunner appeared to be FuSoTech, using his technological armor to form his right arm into a sniper rifle. He was hanging to a tree with his other hand, which had shapeshifted into a claw, which had clamped itself around the tree.

"And who might you be?" Makuta Sauron asked.

"All in time, good friend, all in time," FuSoTech said, as Makuta Sauron fell unconscious.

Ackron was in one of the worst situations ever. He was surrounded by a few beings who looked really strong. They were Velnax, Iruka, Alloy, Kouhiimaru, Kawa, Ghost and Naraku. They were most likely led by either Iruka or Velnax; they were both really powerful forces, and Iruka was a host for Kinyami, a really evil being, which made him even more powerful.

All of a sudden, Helryx jumped out of nowhere and attacked the beings along with Ackron. A battle ensued, Ackron and Helryx noticed they were outnumbered, and gave up, letting themselves get captured.

"I do not tolerate beings who give up" FuSoTech said while pulling the trigger of his sniper rifle, Ackron was shot through the head, and FuSoTech laughed, before teleporting back to his palace.

An alert sounded in the rocket facility, an assault force with tanks, huge airships, cannons, and more were going to take the facility back from the three.

"I think it's time to get out of here," Rantu said as he activated his Kualsi to take the beings into the main silo, where they teleported out into the desert. But instead of arriving in a desert, the beings arrived in a city with a huge mysterious tower-like structure in the middle that had to be FuSoTech's palace.

"That has to be FuSoTech's palace!" Raanu-G said.

"Then we should go there," Fairon said.

The beings explored the city, which was inhabited by Matoran, but also robots, Kodax and Toa. The Kodax were the enforcers in the city, along with the robots. They could be seen interrogating Matoran, Toa, and more.

"Sure gives me a dystopian feeling," Fairon said.

"I know. This is a dark place, I don't like it; not one bit," Rantu said.

Chapter 5[]

Benjarmin was at a volcanic place, along with Poison Sting and Nightwatcher. The three had been sent there by Energy at the beginning of the survival.

Benjarmin suddenly heard a voice from somewhere, but it didn't reveal anything. They then saw a few beings walk in the distance: the beings were Altor, Kutrax, Kunaku, and Fyxon. The four stepped towards the other three, and they stood there, facing each other.

Nightwatcher started the battle by fighting Altor, but despite the skilled bounty hunter's efforts, Nightwatcher stabbed him through the chest, dead. Nightwatcher continued fighting; Kutrax and Kunaku were quickly defeated, and teleported themselves to random places in the dimension. Fyxon was left, but he gave up.

"Please, I don't want to be dead like the others; spare me," Fyxon said.

"Coward" muttered Benjarmin, stabbing Fyxon in the chest, dead.

"So, you have defeated the fools. I already thought these didn't have any potential. I'm so sorry, but I have to set this out here," a mysterious voice said.

Then Mephiles stood before the three beings, ready to eat them.

The fight came after a few seconds. Mephiles managed to get hold of Poison Sting, but Benjarmin shot a blast so that Mephiles let Poison Sting go. The three kept fighting Mephiles, and Nightwatcher almost blasted it off its feet, to which it reacted with a loud roar. Mephiles attacked again, but Benjarmin decided it was over, and blasted Mephiles to the top of the volcano. It fell into the volcano, but wasn't dead; it simply teleported back to the palace.

Janneus walked slowly through the unceasing cold. He knew he was being watched, too. By two beings, actually. Neither knew of the other. But he knew of them both, so he had the advantage. The problem was, they both had sniper rifles pointing at his head. He needed to make a move, and he needed to make it fast.

He pretended to scratch his head with his shield, blocking the angle for one person. He took off his hat and pretended to test it with his other hand, blocking that side of his face. He could tell his watchers were stirring.

Then he made his move. He threw the hat at the first sniper, and it knocked it out cold. It was Zilia, an acid Vandrox. The other, he knew, must be FuSoTech. The sniper started firing. Janneus blocked it with his shield. He started to run, still using his shield to block the bullets. But suddenly, three beings came running in.

"FuSoTech isn't there!" one said. "He's right behind us!" Then FuSoTech did appear.

"Alright," he said, "prepare to be slaughtered!"

The sniper started firing at FuSoTech, but the bullets bounced harmlessly off him. FuSoTech channeled his energy and sent it at the sniper, and he, Ralox, was killed.

"Now to dispose of you!" yelled FuSoTech. He started glowing with energy. They all knew he was going to blow. They started running.

If they could have seen what was going on, they would have seen Zilia, the Acid Vandrox, wake up from her unconsciousness, jump at FuSoTech, and battle him back the way he had come, putting just enough distance between FuSoTech and Raanu-G, Fairon, Rantu, and Janneus as was needed to survive. When FuSoTech blew, the only person that died was Zilia.

Chapter 6[]

As the gigantic airships moved through the air, they didn't notice there was something following them.

"Attention, crew of the Titan warship. We are going to deposit a Girahk in 3, 2, 1, NOW!" a voice said from the biggest of the two warships.

Suddenly, a few choppers were behind the two warships. One of them got out of formation, and attacked the choppers. The crew of the choppers consisted of Filax, Maserix, Vakax, and a few others.

The choppers closed in on the warships, but as the attacking one managed to smash a chopper, a pilot of another chopper, Filax, decided it was time to smash the warship. They did so, and the warship exploded. The crew of the chopper fled out to the other warship, where they attacked all its crew members, Vakax killed two guards, and Maserix decapitated another one.

The remaining warship decided to deposit its visitors, and the floor under them opened and they fell out. They were, luckily, saved by another chopper.

Chaos was breaking out within the warships, and the remaining one used its hyperdrive to flee to another part in the dimension, leaving the surviving members on the choppers above the forest, not knowing where they needed to go to.

As the ship got out of the dimensional void, the Titan warship reached a city. It was not the main city, but a small village where some of FuSoTech's minions used to be patrolling. As its captain got out of the ship, he ordered his minions to patrol the area. Antidax was ready to exterminate all contestants.

The main city became more alien the further the three came. All kinds of streets were blocked off or protected by special wall-like structures. The weirdest thing about the city was that it had no sky, only a void of mysterious clouds above them. They sometimes could hear thunder; it wasn't the most usual thing one would see.

As they got further, they noticed the majority of Kodax beating up Matoran citizens of the city. They decided if they would attack one of the Kodax enforcement units, they would be hunted down until they were dead.

The three then came by a Kodax, who ordered them to say who they were. They gave their names, and were in the list of contestants. They were pushed into a train, which transported them to the middle of the city. Eventually, they came into the main street, where they saw a large building with a star on it that had to be a special building in the city, as the street wasn't blocked off.

They were kicked out of the train and got to the mysterious building. They got to the reception counter, and were then being pushed into a dark stairway to the inner parts of the city, where they saw a large bridge walking over an eternally deep chasm, which was being most likely stalked by Rahi and other unknown creatures.

Upon entering the tower-like structure, they saw the most unusual thing ever. It was a huge, metallic, robotic and organic palace. Most of it was covered with a lot of machines.

"Um, Fairon, was this meant to happen?" Raanu-G asked.

"I don't think so, seeing as it isn't really the best place to see," Fairon said.

Chapter 7[]

This chapter was written by Jareroden97.

Benjarmin walked alongside Nightwatcher and Poison Sting. The three beings were all at odds with each other, Benjarmin and Nightwatcher especially.

Eventually, Poison Sting broke the silence. "Where are we going?"

Nightwatcher stopped. "We're looking for something to kill."

Benjarmin continued walking. "Yes, out here it's kill... or be killed."

Suddenly, all was quiet. Too quiet.

Benjarmin whispered in a low tone, "We're being watched."

Nightwatcher and Poison Sting raised their weapons, preparing for an attack.

It came.

Three beings, two Toa named Rando and Feanor, and a being named Mandalorian came charging out of the bushes, weapons at the ready.

Rando spoke to the three beings. "Who are you?"

Mandalorian twirled his blades. "Does it really matter? They're about to die anyway."

Feanor raised his weapon. "Good point."

Benjarmin, Nightwatcher and Poison Sting also raised their weapons. Nightwatcher grinned evilly. "This should be interesting."

Fairon, Raanu-G, and Rantu looked around the tower.

Rantu looked around, disgusted. "What is this place?"

Fairon was looking at a strange computer. "I don't know, but I don't like it."

Raanu-G ran a finger on the wall. It was slick.

Fairon accidentally hit a button on the keyboard of the computer, and a voice blared through the tower. "INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT! INTRUDER ALERT!"

Fairon raised his weapon. "Well, this can't be good."

Kunaku, Kutrax and Malok were in a very sticky situation.

They were caught between three Toa, Zlatrix, Shayla, and Jericho, all of them with their weapons pointed at the Makuta.

Zlatrix looked at Malok with hatred. "Now, any last words?"

An evil grin spread across Kunaku's face. "You seriously believe you can kill us, don't you?"

Jericho aimed his weapon at him. "Yes, yes, we do."

"Then you are sadly mistaken."

The voice made the Toa spin around. Standing there were the Makuta Filax and Ralox. The two Makuta unleashed a mental blast, knocking the three Toa unconscious.

Kutrax lowered his weapon. "Thanks."

Filax and Ralox aimed their weapons at the three other Makuta. Ralox put his finger on the trigger of his gun. "Prepare to die."

Kutrax was surprised. "What are you doing?"

Filax smiled evilly. "Simple: getting rid of three opponents. Now, you die..."

Chapter 8[]

This chapter was written by Collector1 and ToaFairon.

"Yahhh!" screamed Nightwatcher.

Mandalorian ducked just in time before Nightwatcher could cut his head off. "Ha! Is that all you got?"

"No, I was just getting warmed up."

Nightwatcher used his shadow hand and slammed Mandalorian into a wall. "Now, let's finish him."

There being were getting close to Mandalorian with their weapons. Then, something stopped them.

"Wait, where's the other Toa?"

The group looked for them, but they couldn't find them. "I feel like they're plotting a trap." said Benjarmin.

Rando jumped out and cut Nightwatcher's arm off.

"Ambush!"

Benjarmin used his Shockvax, bursting Feanor to bits.

"Oh, man, I gotta get out of here!" Rando ran off, not looking back.

"Well, at least we got of them down," said Poison Sting.

"Come on, we have one more to go."

The three were cornered by the robots and Kodax, about to be attacked.

"Fairon, what is wrong with this? It seems we're doomed!" Raanu-G yelled.

"As if I didn't know!" Fairon yelled back, while his arm was almost cut off.

All of a sudden, the Kodax and robots stepped aside, to make place for one being. It was a tall black being, who looked like a Makuta.

His name was Void.

"Greetings, Toa," Void said.

"Who or WHAT are you?" Rantu asked.

"SILENCE!" Void yelled while using his disintegration powers to disintegrate Rantu.

"Wow, calm down" Raanu-G said.

"Well, what is your business here in the Spire of Eternal Shadow?" Void asked the two that were left.

"We were pushed into the dark streets to the bridge, from where we got here, we made a TINY mistake," Fairon said.

"Wait, gonna send this to my master," Void said while activating his holographic transmitter.

"What is it, Void? I am in the middle of an experiment. What is it you need or want?" FuSoTech yelled.

"I got special visitors, some of the most dangerous. They were last sighted at the rocket facility at the time of SCaDOS' destruction," Void said.

"Ah, good. Take them here. I want every single one of these pests exterminated, and they will be," FuSoTech said.

Chapter 9[]

The three beings — led by Void — walked to the control room of the facility, which was very large.

"Good, Energy, make ready for Plan X," FuSoTech said to Energy just as the three came in.

"Master, here I am with the enemies. Do whatever you want with them; I will take my leave," Void said.

"Ah, it's these two. Where's the other one?" FuSoTech said, mockingly.

"He's dead, incinerated by Void," Fairon said.

"Ah, how sad," FuSoTech said while making a mock bow. "Energy, take them to the interrogation room. I want them to be interrogated of what they did," FuSoTech said.

Energy took them to a small room overlooking the room where the beings came in. It was one of the brightest chambers in the fortress.

"So, why did you destroy SCaDOS?" Energy started asking.

"We did because it wanted to kill us," Raanu-G said.

Energy mumbled something, and then said that they were correct.

Many questions came along the way, such as: How did you arrive in here? Did you see FuSoTech? Did the rocket at the facility launch? After the talk, Energy abruptly ended the interrogation.

"You are correct in every single way possible. I can't say that you aren't. Get out and never dare to come back," Energy said, while leading them to the door.

Instead of going outside of the room with them, Energy got back to the chair at the desk he was sitting in. He was most likely thinking until he closed the door with a loud bang.

"There has been an extraordinary appearance lately, sir," a robot said to Antidax, who ordered his squad to investigate the village.

"There is no other order to give to you fools," Antidax said mockingly.

Suddenly, his holographic transmitter activated. It was FuSoTech. "What is it, boss?" Antidax asked.

"Come back to the fortress. I want a meeting with all of you, immediately!" FuSoTech said.

Antidax quickly got his robots ready, and the airship, and flew off to the main city.

"Welcome. We have come to the fortress to investigate why the beings known as Raanu-G and Fairon have escaped, and how they did," FuSoTech said.

Everyone in the meeting greeted each other, and sat down in their specified chairs.

"Now, I declare this meeting OPENED!" FuSoTech yelled.

FuSoTech started interrogating Energy, who, as FuSoTech said, had interrogated Raanu-G and Fairon, who were significant pests to them. FuSoTech continued interrogating the others and didn't come to a conclusion, so he decided to question all of them where they were at the night before.

Energy responded with: Interrogating the ones that have escaped. I let them out and escorted them to the entrance of your office; then I left.

Antidax told that he was at a far away village, while Void was at the fortress, and did sense a significant amount of light inside the fortress.

Twilight Gear, in the meantime, still wasn't present; he had disappeared after SCaDOS' destruction.

"I am beginning to question if Energy is right. It seems he is not," Twilight Gear said, who resurfaced after three days.

Everyone was shocked by the sudden appearance of Twilight Gear. FuSoTech started to question if Twilight Gear was still himself, because he normally would return with a status report, but he hadn't done that in three days. FuSoTech was starting to doubt whether Twilight Gear and Energy were right, and both of them were, after a lot of discussion.

"We will not tolerate any means of betrayal after this day. Next week we will hold another meeting, and it will be important!" FuSoTech said.

"By this, I call this meeting ADJOURNED," FuSoTech said.

Every being in the room walked out, and walked back to their offices.

Chapter 10[]

Rando was running for his life. With three evil beings on his back and no teammates to protect him, he was dead. Then, he slipped on something. He looked see what he was in.

"Oh no."

It was the vial of Shadowdermis that he was looking for.

Benjarmin, Nightwatcher, and Poison Sting found their Toa and what they were looking for.

"Now, who will get him out so we can get our prize."

Nightwatcher looked at Benjarmin and Poison Sting. "Anyone?" Both shook their heads. Nightwatcher sighed. "Why does it always have to be me?"

Then out of nowhere, Rando jumped up of the Shadowdermis.

"What the—?"

"You... will... not... get it!"

"This is bad," said Poison Sting as the infected Rando leaped at them.

Iruka was not in a good situation, as was every member of the Fallen Six. They were battling Void, who had been sent by FuSoTech to get rid of another nuisance.

"Why don't you go to attack me and try to kill me the second you see me?" Void asked mockingly.

"Because I pity the living," Ghost said.

"Oh, you do? Then get a taste of this, living scum!" Void said, using only the smallest amount of power to disintegrate Kawa.

The battle continued. Void had a good taste of Alloy's machine guns, to which he replied: "Stupid robot, do you think your guns can shoot the likes of me?" Void then fought with his sword against Alloy, until Alloy was destroyed by a lightning blast.

Void fought against Kouhiimaru, who didn't fall that easily, as Void had thought, the two were an even match if it was about melee fighting.

"Come on Void, can't you fight better than this?" Kouhiimaru hissed.

"I didn't know you were such a big fool. I thought you were a little smart," Void hissed back.

The two blades clashed once again, until Void unleashed a part of his power, knocking Kouhiimaru over.

"Sorry, my friend; I can't let you win this fight," Void said, while lunging and putting his blade through the chest of Kouhiimaru.

Void then fought Naraku, who was also pretty strong, but it seemed that Naraku was already tired of the other things that had happened to him in the last few days. Void lunged out at Naraku, who tried a last desperate attempt to kill him, but Void's blade speared through his enemy's chest, and his enemy died.

Now only Ghost and Iruka were left, and they were an even match for Void.

"Can't you fight better, Void? I'm pretty sure you can't!" Ghost hissed.

Void was annoyed now. He lunged even faster, and was now using elemental power with it. He blasted the spear of Hitakai out of Ghost's hand. Ghost used a few of his elemental blasts, but Void easily threw them away as if they were mere rocks. Then Void used a blast of power, knocking Ghost away.

Ghost used all his power in one blast, knocking Void several feet backwards, Void then used all his powers at Ghost, who was thrown back in the air several more feet.

"You, Void, are a deliberate annoyance to me. I shall make sure that—" But Ghost could not finish his sentence, as a shot of a sniper rifle was heard. It penetrated Ghost and exploded his heartlight itself. Upon the impact, Ghost, the once-immortal being, was rendered mortal again.

Void used this to his advantage, and managed to use a full blast of power concentrated at Ghost. Upon Ghost's death, an enormous shockwave shook the entire dimension, and Void still stood, face to face with Iruka, in front of the volcano. Iruka was knocked several feet backwards by the shockwave.

Iruka was ready to fight, rage now dwelling within him. He knew that Kinyami, who was ready to unleash his full fury at Void, was the one responsible for it.

"Do you, Iruka, leader of the now dead Fallen Six, fear death?" Void asked.

"No, I do not fear death, and I am willing to die to end your life, scum!" Iruka said.

"Tsk. What a pity, willing to die only to end me. How foolish can one be?" Void hissed.

"I am very much willing to unleash all my power on you, mad monster," Iruka said calmly.

"Me? Monster? You must be insane! My powers are even beyond your imagination, and I can, with the slightest amount of power needed, say, destroy this place, but I won't, because I want you to live long enough to see your death coming," Void said.

"I will not fall before your powers," Iruka hissed. He was deliberately annoyed now.

Void looked at him, trying to suppress a laugh. "Oh, believe me, you will fall before my powers, and kneel to me just to let you live," Void said.

At that moment, Iruka attacked. The smile on Void's face faded and turned into a snarl, Void using only the slightest amount of power to almost overpower Iruka.

"DIE!" Iruka yelled as he used all his strength and power. It came as a surprise to Void, as he was suddenly knocked over by the sudden amount of strength. Void was becoming more and more annoyed, but now, he used a medium amount of power to blast Iruka into the ground of the volcano.

Void laughed. "Ha ha ha ha ha! You cannot survive my power. You will die, or kneel to me here and now. You've got sixty seconds to make your decision; choose wisely," Void said, as he stepped away to examine the volcano.

Iruka was thinking: What should I do? Should I kneel before his power, or fight him until the moment I die? Iruka suddenly heard the answer: No, Iruka, do not kneel before the powers of that mad monster, but kill him. You are powerful enough to do so. Iruka now knew the answer: No, I will not kneel before him. Iruka smiled, and stood up.

"So, Iruka, have you chosen wisely enough to obey me and become my apprentice?" Void said, knowing what would come already.

"I will not kneel before the likes of you!" Iruka said, now sounding even more annoyed.

Void smiled, picked up his weapon, and made a blast of power that could blast an entire fortress to bits.

"Goodbye, Iruka," Void said.

Chapter 11[]

"You will not get it!" said the infected Rando, clawing Nightwatcher.

"Ha! You think that's going to stop me?" said Nightwatcher, stepping back.

"Let me get this over with," said Benjarmin as he shot his dark matter energy rifle at Rando.

"Aghh!" Rando fell down, dead, into the Shadowdermis.

"Now let's go get it!"

Benjarmin used his Shockvax just a little to stop Nightwatcher.

"What are you doing?"

"I know your plan. You're going to kill us and get the Shadowdermis for yourself."

"Grrrr. You don't want me to kill you, do you?"

Poison Sting came up to Benjarmin and Nightwatcher with his claws up, ready to kill.

"So now we are enemies..."

Nightwatcher quickly blasted both his former allies away. Ready to fight, he saw the vial, and used his shadow hand to absorb it. It took agonizing pain, but Nightwatcher was used to agonizing pain, and he felt that his body became stronger, better; smaller but more agile. He was now the size of Benjarmin, and used his powers to blast Benjarmin away.

"You have been foolish, Benjarmin; you think you can defeat me!" Nightwatcher said. He was annoyed now.

But Benjarmin saw it coming, and rolled away to avoid the blast of power. He saw the vial; it was still half-filled with Shadowdermis. He used his shadow hand and absorbed the Shadowdermis. Benjarmin felt the agonizing pain too, but noticed that he was becoming stronger, better, smaller but more agile. He now used a part of his power to blast Poison Sting to bits, and Poison Sting was blasted into a river, left to drown.

"Well, well, Benjarmin, I see you also have absorbed the power. A great deal from you," Nightwatcher said.

Iruka felt a great shock of pain as he hit the volcanic ground. Pain soared through him, but also anger. It was Kinyami, who used so much of the anger power to greatly enhance the strength of the being. Iruka's body was stretching, his arms became larger and his hands smaller, his legs stretched, and his chest was aligned with all new armor.

As an aura of shadows was now surrounding the being, Iruka attacked with all his newfound powers and blasted Void several yards.

"So, you have finally gotten better at fighting. See what you've got against this!" Void said.

But Iruka saw the blast coming, and dodged it and fired a blast of his own power. It hit Void squarely in his chest, and he was blasted into the air, landing with tremendous force. It knocked Iruka off his feet.

"You have done things wrong. Kneel to me now or die!" Void said, while holding his sword squarely against Iruka's chest.

As Iruka was prepared for anything, he tried to use his shadow powers to annihilate Void. Instead, Void absorbed it, laughing. "Really, what is wrong with you? You are clearly not as smart as I'd have expected you to be. Now, this is the last time I say it: kneel to me, or die a most painful death," Void said, deliberately annoyed.

Iruka was ready to say no. Void already knew it, so he picked him up at his arm and threw Iruka into the volcano. Iruka didn't see it coming; he flew towards the volcano, seeing the lava ready to eat him, and when his body hit the lava, he felt agonizing heat taking him over as he sank into the lava.

Finally, after his entire armor was burned down, an explosion of shadow engulfed the scene, and a terrible scream was heard, far more horrible than Iruka's scream. Kinyami's spirit was annihilated, and with one last try to survive, the being's armor exploded, along with the volcano. Void was standing in front of the volcano, enjoying the scene that just happened because of him.

"Somebody who isn't loyal isn't tolerated much. You deserved it," Void said, teleporting back to the main palace.

Fairon and Raanu-G ran through the main city, Kodax just behind them. All telescreens with FuSoTech's face on them repeated the sentence: Attention, citizens of the city: enemies of the city have been sighted. If you see any of them, report them to any of the Kodax officers, or try to kill them yourself, and Fairon saw the pictures of his and Raanu-G's faces.

As they ran on, they saw the end of the last street, which let out to an open wasteland, or so it seemed. When they finally reached the edge of the street, they reached an edge reaching out into an endless void, the digital void itself.

While the Kodax were nearing at one side, and an edge reaching into out into an endless void on the other, the two were lost, not knowing what to do.

Chapter 12[]

As Void walked through the palace, he still hadn't found what he was searching for: Twilight Gear. Void didn't trust him much, and was searching for him. As he walked on through the seemingly empty palace, he saw lots of screens showing FuSoTech's palace repeating the same sentence over and over again.

And then, Void finally reached the place he had been searching for: Twilight Gear's office. He opened the door and greeted Twilight Gear, who looked up, startled.

"What have you come for, Void?" Twilight Gear asked.

"I'm here to ask you something, and I want some answers," Void said.

"And what are those questions?" Twilight Gear asked.

Void picked him up by his neck, and held him to the wall. "You've been away for too long. I want an answer to this question: What have you been doing?" Void said calmly.

"I was investigating something," Twilight Gear said, but it was obviously a lie.

"You can at least tell me the truth. I don't want to get into problems because of killing you," Void said.

"Okay, okay, I've been away because I... I was thinking about the morality of my actions," Twilight Gear said.

"So... the former Toa of Twilight still has a bit of his so called "honor" in him. I thought he'd never be saying anything," Void said.

"Don't tell FuSoTech! He'll kill me for it!" Twilight Gear begged.

"Oh, but he doesn't need to know, because by the end of this day, you won't be feeling anything anymore, and your spirit will be located in the spiritual world," Void said.

"You mean... you're gonna kill me, aren't you?" Twilight Gear asked.

"Very well thought-out, fool," Void said, readying his power. He fired a blast of shadow powers from his swords, crushing Twilight Gear's already unstable body, and his body finally collapsed along with himself.

"You weren't worth this," Void said.

Void walked out of the office, and walked towards FuSoTech. "Sir, it seems Twilight Gear has been killed," Void said.

"You killed him, I know. I just overheard it, but don't worry; soon we will be releasing a very dangerous weapon. The Girahk will be used to kill Nightwatcher; he's too strong of a contestant, and we can't let him live any longer," FuSoTech said, knowing what Void did not, that Void would die if Nightwatcher were to die.

"But sir, don't you think that it should instead be me or you who should be killing Nightwatcher? That'd be a lot more efficient than a Rahkshi," Void said.

"That's true. Well, then, you go on the mission. Find out where Nightwatcher is, and destroy him," FuSoTech said.

"Yes, master," Void said, walking out of the room with a smile. He would be finally rid of his arch-enemy: Nightwatcher.

As Benjarmin dodged the power blast of Nightwatcher, he fired a blast of his own, but Nightwatcher dodged it too. The battle was about lots of blasts of all kinds of elemental powers, until eventually Benjarmin managed to lock Nightwatcher in a cage consisting of an impenetrable substance of some sorts.

Just at that moment, Void arrived. He fired a blast at Benjarmin, knocking him out, and removing the cage around Nightwatcher.

"So, you have finally come to, as how you call it, 'destroy' me. Really, you'd better watch what you're doing, or you may be blasted off into the endless void over there," Nightwatcher said, and laughed.

Then, the two warriors ran towards each other, ready to tear each other to bits, unknown who would survive and who wouldn't...

Trivia[]

  • Out of the stories ToaFairon has written, FuSoTech World Survival is perhaps his worst. It is therefore not considered canon to even TF's own storyline.
  • The serial was originally considered canon to the Gigas Magna storyline. However, none of the material in this serial is considered canon to any continuity except its own, including the personalities (and power levels) of the characters and Mephiles' ability to talk.
  • Energy was a character in the canceled story, The Last Apocalypse, set in the Life pocket dimension during the events of the Gigas Magna Civil War.
  • The serial was originally intended to be an attempt at a violent, but comic parody of the Fight-to-the-Death genre of stories. Its writing, however, has prevented it from growing out to be at all that great.
