Fonosk was a Toa of Sonics and member of the Toa Jonku.
Biography[]
Fonosk was created as a De-Matoran early in the history of the Matoran Universe, and later became a Toa.
Sometime in his Toa career he allied with two other Toa: Risda, Toa of Iron and Varlokka, Toa of Psionics. The three Toa decided to form a named team and called themselves the Toa Jonku, after a term used in Varlokka's homeland to mean 'nomad'.
The Toa Jonku traveled the universe for many years, never staying in one location for long, as their name indicated. The team came to an end several millennia before the fall of the Barraki, when they were defeated by a large band of rogue deserters from Carapar's army. The deserters had become brigands and threatened a nearby Matoran village.
At Risda's insistence, Fonosk and Varlokka fled while he held off the bandits near the village. The two Toa attempted to help the Matoran evacuate, but they were separated, and only Fonosk made it to the village. There, he made a last stand against the outlaws alongside the villagers.
Varlokka managed to escape the brigands outside the village and go to Fonosk's aid, only to find him and many Matoran dead and the village burning. After searching for Risda and failing to find him, she returned to the village to bury her fallen companion and the slaughtered villagers before leaving on her own.
Abilities and Traits[]

As a De-Matoran, Fonosk possessed a very minuscule amount of Elemental Sonics energy, granting him extremely sensitive hearing. This power was increased when he became a Toa, granting him the ability to create, control, and absorb sound.
As was typical for Matoran, Toa, and Turaga of Sonics, Fonosk possessed gray armor and yellow eyes. Part of his armor was pale and lustrous, giving it a silver appearance.
Mask and Tools[]
Fonosk carried an small two-sided hammer, which could focus his elemental powers, and a small buckler. The use of his element could also be facilitated by striking the buckler with the hammer, creating a noise that he could amplify into an attack. He wore a Great Mask of Conjuring, which he could verbally program a temporary, limited power into, provided he described the ability in detail and provided at least one weakness.
Trivia[]
- Though he wore the Mask of Conjuring, his model wears the Kanohi Hau, for there is no LEGO version of the Mask of Conjuring.
