Flash, originally known as Chrolyx, was once the Toa Artakha's Toa of Time, and now an isolated Turaga of Time.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Flash, originally known as Chrolyx, was part of the Toa Artakha, the original Toa team. He had battled alongside his teammates for centuries, eventually partaking in the war with the League of Six Kingdoms.
War with the League of Six Kingdoms[]
Chrolyx and the rest of the Toa Artakha sided with the Order of Mata Nui and the then-heroic Brotherhood of Makuta against the traitorous League of Six Kingdoms. After a series of long battles, which took the lives of almost all of the Toa Artakha with the exception of Chrolyx, Maxilos, Feilix, and Helryx, the Toa had cornered the Barraki themselves amidst the final but chaotic battle. Chrolyx had picked a fight with Takadox, which would prove to be his greatest mistake - possibly forever. He was hypnotized by the evil warlord, being left helpless as a result. Takadox attempts to stab Chrolyx, but instead strikes Maxilos, who dove in the way of his friend and teammate. After the Barraki fled, Maxilos died, leaving Chrolyx feeling guilty over the death of his friend and leader. Maxilos' death would haunt Chrolyx for the rest of his life.
Soon after this, the last remaining Toa Artakha - now a trio - disbanded, with Maxilos' death still haunting Chrolyx. He gave up his name and took on the name "Flash" for reasons unknown, possibly to not remind himself of his leader's death. He was later approached by the Great Beings, who wanted Flash's help in creating a powerful weapon that could control time itself. They asked Flash to give a portion of his power to the weapon, and as a Toa of Time was needed to wield it, the Great Beings hoped that Flash would put his past aside and use the weapon to redeem himself by using it for good. However, Flash has gave up all of his power as a Toa to the weapon, becoming a Turaga in the process.
Spherus Magna[]
After Bara, Bota, and Aqua Magna joined and reformed Spherus Magna, Flash continued to live his life out as a "hermit", living deep in an isolated jungle. He is then found by the current Toa of Time, Vlakro. Flash, recognizing who the Toa was, decided to teach him ways on controlling and mastering his powers, and even gave Vlakro the Onslaught of Duty. After Vlakro leaves, Flash suddenly has a flashback of the final battle between the League of Six Kingdoms and Maxilos' death.
Tools and Masks[]
Flash carries a staff that is nearly his size, which is assumed to have once been his main weapon as a Toa before his transformation into a Turaga.
Powers and Abilities[]
Being a Turaga of the element of Time, Flash has control over the element, but being a Turaga, his power are not that strong.
