The Eternaset Fortress was a formerly abandoned fortress constructed on the eastern hillside of the central mountain on Balfe Nui, claimed and rebuild by Lorani and her Agori followers.
History[]
The past of the Eternaset Fortress is shrouded in mystery. The old fortress was found by Lorani long after it had been abandoned. The outer walls of the fortress were severly damaged and scraps of old armor could be found all over the area. The wooden doors and gates had all deteriorated and were broken down after their long exposure to the island's nature.
After Nuva had been defeated, Lorani and her Agori followers found the fortress, claimed ownership of it and rebuild the broken structures.
The Eternaset Fortress is now used as the central place of power for Lorani, having a good relationship with the island's main settlement of the Farside Village. In fact one Agori was send to the village to act as councilor on the Farside Village.
Structure[]
The fortess is build into the hillside of the island's central mountain. The structure is shielded by the natural steep rock surface in its back and a restored wall to the open east. Additionally to these reinforcements the fortress is also build on an elevated hill, giving it another natural barrier of protection.
The fortress itself is build around a central tower. It also features a tunnel to the other side of the island (and the only way to get there without going the water route), but it had collapsed a long time ago and hasn't been reopened by its new inhabitants.
Underneath the fortress was a great net of former prison cells, which were all damaged and unusable. As there was no need to restore these, Lorani left them abandoned.
