This power involves releasing energy in and electricity-like form into a target, with the hope of doing damage or killing to target. The energy can assault the surface of a target, causing electricity-like burns, or the nervous system, causing a stun-like effect.
The energy can come in a variety of colors, but it most often comes in blue or purple.
The energy does not conduct like electricity, but it can cover a surface, such as a floor, or spread throughout an object or person.
