Emotional Power is a unique type of power and, in universes where Mo-Matoran are present, an Elemental Power.

Virakan

• Virakan are the primary masters of Emotional energy, capable of drawing power from it when present in themselves or those around them. An example member would be Tobduk.

Matoran

• Mo-Matoran are the Matoran of Emotion. Mo-Matoran contain a miniscule amount of Elemental Emotion Energy, to the point that they are emotionally stable and are immune to Kuhrak and Tuhrak.Matoran, Toa and Turaga of Emotion can be either gender
• Toa of Emotion possess the Elemental Power of Emotion, allowing them to create, control, absorb and destroy Emotion. Their only real limitation is that when they run out of Elemental Emotion Energy, they must wait for it to recharge.
• Turaga of Emotion possess small traces of Elemental Emotion Energy.

• Drawing power from emotions within oneself or those around one.
• Wielding a sub-category of the six basic emotional powers: Anger, Sadness, Joy, Surprise, Fear, and Love.

Mo-Matoran:

• Creating emotions.
• Enhancing emotions.
• Destroying emotions.
• Increasing an emotion in another being to achieve the desired effect, e.g. Fear to subdue them, determination to support them, love to seduce them.
• Decreasing an emotion in another being to achieve the desired effect, e.g. Anger to calm them, friendship to make their allies into enemies, courage to scare them.
• Sensing emotions in the area.
