The Elvoras are a race of powerful beings who inhabit the island of Niar. They primarily exist in the Empowered Alternate Universe.
History[]
The exact origin of the Elvora remains unknown, but a popular theory is that they began as living elemental protodites who evolved into larger beings, and there is much evidence that supports the theory. They appeared within the Matoran Universe suddenly, with their first action being the invasion on an island of Zyglak. News of the Zyglak's devastating defeat at the hands of the Elvora spread and soon their existence was known.

Abilities and Traits[]
The Elmians can wear and access Kanohi masks aswell as use elemental power. They can also become the elements they control. Each type of Elmian has a different arsenal of elemental powers though their control over these elements is weak.
There are four types of Elmians, Fotians, Chomans, Nerrans, and Aeronas. The Fotian possess the power of heat and thus can control lightning, plasma, fire, and light. They tend to be agressive and short tempered.
Choumans have the power of soil and can control earth, stone, iron, plant life, and shadow. They are usually wise and patient.
Aeronus have the power of the sky, they control air, light, storm(conjunction of lightning, water, and, sometimes ice), and shadow.They are adventurous and reckless.
Nerran have the power of sea, they control water, shadow, light, ice, and plant life. They are silent and reclusive.
